Went there for the first time for a simple eyebrow wax. The lady was going so fast that she put wax on my eyelid. I have burns and cuts to both of my eyes and will be going back to get my money back. Didn’t even tweeze Them nicely. She also didn’t remove the remainder of the wax that was left on my eyes!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never again. Read Less

AVOID THIS HORRIBLE SALON IF YOU CAN!!! I had THEE worse experience here I got my nails done on Saturday to get a gel refill & pedicure with 2 lines on my middle and ring finger nail first of all EACH & EVERY single nail was a different shape and size I asked for coffin shape and he did what ever he wanted to do then my 2 black lines were uneven and didn't match the other hand then he did a nail fix and used the wrong size nail and filed it so much it looked like a baby nail and then got my polish changed and he put the wrong color on my feet & instead of taking the color off he put the color I wanted over it .. then I get home and a nail pops off and when I went back today (Sunday) they had the nerve to be rude and act like they didn't want to fix my nails that they messed up && told me if I do not like they service I do not have to ever come back and I can go somewhere else .. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL &THEY DO FREAKING HORRIBLE NAIL I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM EVER AGAIN..Read Less

I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new nail salon that i could call home. After some trial and error with a few salons, I landed here. Overall, i have few qualms with this salon. When i come in i'm greeted, i never really have to wait to be taken care of, and it's quiet and clean. Ive only had one negative visit after a nail tech appeared rushed and it showed on my nails. There was extra acrylic on my nails that hadn't been taken off and the color was patchy. When i came back a different nail tech seemed appalled and was even more shocked when i told her i got them done in her salon. Since then i've opted to identify who i go to (anyone other than that one nail tech tbh) and it's been smooth sailing ever since! Give them a try. Read Less

I will not be going back to this place!!! Went in for a gel manicure and first of all the little bowl of water for soaking your fingers was cold. Picked out a color and they couldn't find it. Started working on someone else before I was even done (very rude). Apparently it's about the money and in the end the so called hot towel was cold, he wrapped my hands tap tap tap and told me the price!!  The tropical manicure itself looks horrible thick on one end of my nail and thin on the other. He filed one hand and not the other. There is polish along 2 of my fingers which I didn't see until I was in my car looking at the crappy job that he did. Lesson learned!!! Maybe he was having a bad day, but he lost a customer today, actually 3 of us because I was with 2 other people and neither of them liked their nails and the girl tech my daughter had was very rude!! Okay. So. I feel an enormous amount of negative energy writing this negative review but I have to warn others. DO NOT GO HERE. This place looks dirty, things like nail dust on the walls, the leather massage chairs in the pedicure area are old and my chairs massager did not work, wasn't on, whatever. I have small nail beds. I explained and showed pictures I wanted short and THIN, NATURAL looking gel tip nails. I'm the midst of the "manicure" she skipped over COMPLETELY doing my cuticles. My cuticles needed to be pushed back and cut off and she did not do that, just went ahead and started to apply the gel many centimeters away from where my cuticles started. Not to mention another lady that works there came up and watched her work and they exchanged a conversation in their language about me. Like really?  By now, don't you guys realize that just because other people don't speak your language they can still sense you're talking about them?  Hilarious. My nails are uneven and thick. They look ridiculous. And she left my cuticles!!!!  I ended paying $45 for the gel full set and $25 for the shitty pedicure I got, and I gave her a $10 tip because I'm an idiot!!!  Never again. I love it here. They are so nice and professional and courteous. They have been my go to nail salon for 6 years now, no regrets or complaints. They do my nails, toes, eyebrows and lips. I bring in downloaded pics of nail designs and they copy spot on. Love them!!!! Read Less

This was my first time here.  I love the way my manicure turned out.  And the atmosphere was pleasant.  Each women was concentrating on her customer.  They weren't speaking to each other.  I like that.  Tina was great.  She really knew what she was doing.  She listened to how I wanted my nails shaped and how much white tip I wanted.  I especially liked the way she did my cuticles.  She actually scraped away the little bit that usually stays on the nail.  It looks very neat and clean.  She did a great job.  I'm new to gel manicures.  This was only my second one.  My previous one lasted a month without any chips.  Hopefully this one will also.  If it does, this will be my new go-to nail salon.  I'll let you know. Once I got my new 40 hour/week job, I promised myself to resume this self-treat!  I love having long and 'perfect' looking nails!   Hands always look so much better overall too.  All of the technicians at Princess Nails are friendly and take pride in their art.   It's very clean as well.  I absolutely LOVE the new gel polish and not having to wait w/ hands under the fans anymore to dry.  Their special station has two built in uv dryers and in 2 minutes - DONE and your nails don't chip or peel for WEEKS on end!   It's amazing!  After less than two months, I no longer even need the acrylic fakes applied to my nails - mine have grown long and now the gel just goes directly on my own nails :)  This has to be bad for your nails but like mom always said "you have to suffer to be beautiful!" Their pedicures are amazing.  In addition to the trimming and filing, you get a nice calf massage and lotion at closing.  You also can fire up the massage chair you're seated on, which of course I do!There are sooo many nail salons around and there are two closer to me than PN, but I chose to return here and will keep coming back here all of the time because of their quality, speed and service.
