This place should be shut down due to lack of cleans liness and the fact that they have contractors in there working while doing customers nails is ridiculous just the dust & dirt alone from that is gross. My sister would go here all the time spent a lot of money with this establishment but the level of service just does not meet the expectations. The final straw was when we both got our eyebrows done and they left wax on both of our faces and barely removed any hair from my eyebrows. Also be aware they charge you a $1 fee if using a debit or credit what place of business does that. They also do not allow you to tip over debit or credit. Love this place! Been going here for ~8 years. I see Kacie Sorensen (color) and Sara Young (stylist), have never left disappointed. Both have become more like friends over the years. I have been seeing Lindsay N. (Color technician) for as long as I can remember. I haven’t let anyone else touch my hair in over 10 years! I don’t stray from my typical highlights/lowlights combo but I am never disappointed in the final color. Actually I give no star. WORST place ever. I refuse to even let them touch my hands because everytime I have it was done sloppy, uneven, bubbles, and a plain mess. Stopped going all together well my regular salon was closed for holiday (July 4th) so I figured let me go and get my toes done they can't possibly mess that up. When I walked in the place was under construction and dust and dirt every where. They sat me in a broken chair which I sat in with my feet in water for 20minutes with 6 other people still ahead of me. Worst salon I've ever been to. They're under some kind of construction so there's sheets up everywhere it looks unsanitary. I came in around 7:30 pm for a full set, they close at 8pm but she said she would take me. A few minutes later I asked about a pedi but she said it was too late. I understood and asked if she could paint my toes with gel which she said yes for $20. She pressured me into gel on my fingers which I did not want, when I wouldn't agree to gel she said she'd paint my toes while I decided...even though I thought I already had made my decision? So, she pulls out the dryer at my feet and is going to paint my toes in the nail chair...idk about everyone else but the best part about a pedi or a $20 toe polish is the massage chair. At that point I was so annoyed and overwhelmed I told her forget everything, give me regular polish on my nails and that was that.
