I've been coming to Downtown Nails since they opened in Clayton. I was a faithful customer for two years, then I followed one of their employees to her salon. Over the years I've tried different salons, but always came back to Downtown! They give me exactly what I ask for, they don't charge an outrageous price, and all of the staff are friendly towards me, even though I only let one of their employees do my nails. I am faithful to her and if she's busy I'll wait for as long as I have to for her! I would recommend any one of the staff to my family and friends!

Marcus had did my powder dip for the first time convincing me it was the best thing out so I tried it not impressed at all horrible job. Went back to give them another chance a different guy Ken had did my nails every one lifted and popped off. Do not recommend this place.

Best pedicure Ever!!!! Very thorough. And so relaxing. Lasted longer than 25 minutes. It was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I've been coming to Downtown Nails since they opened in Clayton. I was a faithful customer for two years, then I followed one of their employees to her salon. Over the years I've tried different salons, but always came back to Downtown! They give me exactly what I ask for, they don't charge an outrageous price, and all of the staff are friendly towards me, even though I only let one of their employees do my nails.
