I've never been to this nail salon, and probably wouldn't have any cause to change that. I received a phone call today from this nail salon, asking for Jannelle Harris. I'm not sure who Ms Harris might be, but I sure do get a lot of calls for her... I've had my number for well over 1 year, and Ms Harris doesn't live here. As I kindly explained to the woman from Lylys, that she has the wrong number, she was quite rude, and then HUNG UP on my. I cannot believe the level of customer service, or general politeness, that is lacked by this establishment. Like I said, I've never been here, but I certainly will advise anyone I know, to not go either. If you're that rude for no reason, how well could you possible treat your customers. Take a lesson in people skills, lose your superiority complex, and learn how to act like a decent human being. I will gladly accept an apology from this organization... I feel I deserve one.
