I did like Tiffanys until last night. Went in with my daughter and before we knew it we were passed onto a different technician twice and had to wait more than half hr longer so that the staff could deal with customers that walked in after us. I really liked this place. I'd never been there before but it's right around the corner from my office so I was praying it would be decent. I just wanted a gel manicure and I was seated right away with no appointment. I had a guy (did not catch his name). I thought he did a great job. He  was quick but thorough. A little rough on my cuticles but nothing major. After (I thought) he was finished, he had me wash my hands then directed me to some wax station they have. I'd never seen it before but I guess you dump your whole hand in wax a few times, then they wrap it and let it sit. Kinda cool, my hands definitely felt softer.While the wax hardened a bit, he gave me a neck/shoulder massage. Scared the CRAP out of me, he never asked or said anything, just came up behind me and did it. Hopefully they do that to everyone?! It did feel nice, I've just never been to a nail salon where you get a massage with your manicure. It was $30, plus 10% off since I was paying cash. Been going to Tiffany's for a few years now and it is the only place i will go. Always clean and the staff is always pleasant. I love the hot stone massage included in the pedicure and the hand parafin treatment and neck/shoulder massage included with the manicure. If you pay in cash you get 10% discount, cant beat it! The service was fair but my cuticles started to bleed Lucy stopped the bleeding and continued on. No Antiseptic No Antibiotic until I requested it. She did a French gel manicure but the work was sloppy she painted the skin, the cuticle and the nail so as the nails grow it chips and lifts.The last straw was that random boils were on my legs from the pedicure and i should not have to get a cycle of antibiotics for a nail salon visit. If i could give this place a zero, i would.  I got my nails done for my wedding day, i left and 2 hours later my nail broke. I got acrylic. I went back extremely upset and the lady laughed but i clearly didnt find it funny. 1. It took them  3 hours to do my nails. 2. It was $137 for a manicure and pedicure. 3. Honestly sick of living in an area overflowing with self-righteous aholes. I've been going to my nail salon, Tiffany Nails in cherry hill, for the last two years...every two weeks for two years...I've spent over $2000, not including tips, at this establishment over the last two years. As of lately, service has been slipping; long waits and inconsistency between technicians services. But today marks the end of my role as loyal customer. I stopped into the salon today after wor...k for my usual gel mani and toe polish change, greeted by what looked to be a short wait with two women ahead of me. After about 20 minutes the two women were taken over to their techs as another woman walked into the salon, presumably placed in the queue after me. Another 10 minutes goes by and I'm told it would only be a few more minutes. As I shake my head and confirm my usual service request, the woman who walked in 20 minutes after me huffs and puffs and asks in such a tone "well how much longer am I going to have to wait, this is ridiculous?!"...she looks to me to echo her sentiment but I'm fine, waiting patiently for my turn. Since I recently started working in the area, I was looking for a new nail salon to start getting my gel manicures done at.  Tiffany Nails had great reviews and I was looking forward to trying them out. However, I am very confused as to why any positive reviews exist for this place.  The lady I got to do my nails was very cold and slapped on the polish.  She also filled my nails after they were already polished! I think this is the reason my nails started to peel so quickly, at least one of the reasons.  My one nails chipped two days after my appointment!! I have gone three weeks and not had a chip in my nails.  It has been a week and a half and two of my fingers have completely peeled off and a few others have chipped.  I am really disappointed in the whole experience there as well as how everything lasted.  It looks like my nail salon search continues..... This place has changed and is now really great. Hana did my nails for my son's wedding and I can't begin to tell you the number of compliments I got. I've been going to Tiffany for quite some time. Never been unhappy with any of their services. Although they may be a few dollars more than some spas they are extremely attentive, pleasant and do great work. Always provide neck/shoulder heating pads, hot stone leg and foot massage and a neck/shoulder massage at the end of the process. I highly recommend Tiffany's! Read Less

Tiffany nails is overpriced. You can get a gel manicure, spa pedicure and massage for $35 at QQ nails in 08003. They charge you $12 to wax your brows which takes at most 4 minutes. Rip off. Find clipper deals or check out other locations. The owner only talks to you when she wants to and shows up when she wants to. Read Less

Rude and poor customer service . Walked into to have my nails done and they were rude. I sat down hoping to go ahead and have my nails done. They fail to tell Me they can't even work me in after i sat there for 20 minutes plus.
