I just went here today with my boyfriend after shopping around and I must say it was one of the B E S T pedicures I have ever gotten!!! I see some bad reviews but the shop is under new management and it completely shows ! I love what the new owner has done to the place! The decor is beautiful and relaxing. They were very attentive and overall I had a great experience. My boyfriend also enjoyed his FIRST pedicure, he added a hot stone massage and loved it!! The salon is also very very very CLEAN !! Went to Le Chic Nails today with my boyfriend to get a couples pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever gotten ! They were very attentive to my cuticles and their massage was great too. They have a few bad reviews but it's under a new ownership and I just don't have enough great things to say! The pictures doesn't do this place justice. It's really pretty on the inside. Such a great place!! This salon is under new ownership and has been revamped- and it is so clear to see! It is neat and clean. The salon no longer has a dirty and dingy appearance. It smells clean and fresh. Brand new pedicure and manicure chairs. Totally relaxing atmosphere compared to what it used to be! The owner, and those who work there, are happy and very helpful. Always greet you with a smile and never make you feel like your troubling them, like I've gotten in other salons. All of the staff does a great job- I am always satisfied when I leave! I just had my gel nails done today and it's peeling right off. I noticed it was peeling when it was catching on my hair. I looked closely and a bunch of other fingers lifted. I should've checked the reviews before going here. The girl made a statement wondering why the polish wasn't drying properly but didn't check to see if it actually bonded. I went here on Friday afternoon, we had a appointment booked for four people and they were running a half an hour behind schedule.  Finally,  put us in the chairs, but kept leaving to go help other clients mid manicure and pedicure.  The quality was horrible.  When my mom received her pedicure they didn't do the cuticles or clean the feet at all and there was still dirt on her nails.   I got a full set put on my nails with gel.   They did not file them evenly and put way too much acrylic on top so there were bubbles on my nails.  Overall a very disappointing experience and will not be returning. Went here for a pedicure, older lady who did my nails was not friendly at all and was very rough. Also the tools/buffer/file  they use on your feet are not cleaned or sanitized pulled out of a drawer and placed right back in. Also very pricey and for what? I went in for a mani-pedi, which was ok. I figured I'd get my eyebrows waxed too. Huge mistake. The lady ripped off the skin under both my eyebrows. I had huge scans for 3 days, and now the skin is finally healing. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you are going for the "dunked my face in napalm" look. Read Less

They have filled my nails SO thin that 6 of my natural nails have lifted up handfuls way and broke off! They don't use quality acrylic either! Every time I go for a full they are lifting up after 3 days and popping off! Never again!!! 😡😡😡 Read Less

Cecilia is the best manicurist I have ever been to. I have been to the best of the best but no one is as good as her. Her gel manicures last a full 2 weeks and her pedicures last a full month. However, I do go more often because I like to change the color of my nails and because I really enjoy her company.  I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about because all the people that work there are super nice. If you are nice to them and treat them with respect they treat you like a queen. But I see people going in there and being so rude and ignorant and it's honestly embarrassing!! I honestly will never go any place else. There is no need. The management is so nice as well. English is not their first language so if you don't like that, don't go there. But, they all speak English and if you can get past that you will be very happy!!!  And not to mention, you can't beat the price. VERY reasonable!! Ignore the bad reviews and check them out. DO NOT COME HERE if you are concerned about your health. I have never been here before and failed to read reviews. big mistake! I was in a jam, had 3 hrs before a wedding. I watched as the girl doing my nails pulled the tools from here desk drawer, they were in the plastic that they normally put in sterilizer, but not sealed. I was suspicious but not 100 percent sure until I watched her put them back in the bag and  into her drawer again, not in the sterilizer. even after I expressed concern, she went to a machine that wasn't even functioning and tossed them in there., while screaming at me. the tools were never cleaned or sterilized. the sterilizer light was out and non operational. I then switched to another operator who attempted to use an old bar to scrub the bottom of my feet, even after witnessing me talking to the other operator about the tools.  in addition the foot tubs had scum on the sides.  I am shocked this place is still in business. I was very poorly mistreated here. I went in for an eyebrow waxing, but the wax was too hot. The woman attending to me was also extremely rude, rough and careless. I asked her to be more gentle and she kept insisting I had sensitive skin. I've never been more upset. I now have first degree burns on my eyelids and am filing a claim with their insurance. I wanted to get my nails done & I happened to be at this plaza because I grocery shop here.  I was here a long time ago when they first opened and they were so-so back then, now they are even more 'meh' than they were before. They were not overly busy, but I felt rushed.  They have a salon in Mt Laurel too and both of them feel like a quantity versus quality kind of place.  You're in & you're out, shortest hand massage ever and the whole process including painting was ten minutes tops.  It's not the worst manicure I have ever had but it's pretty darn close. I feel like their polish collection could use a refresh some of the colors were separating in the bottle - maybe it's the heat or more likely the product is just old.I know they work with acrylic (it's 2014, who still has that done????) there is a lot of acrylic dust all over everything, the whole place could use a good dusting. This was a quick, last min, I have time to spare so why not get a pedi and gel refresh. The ladies here were nice. There were a lot of them and not many customers on the Tuesday evening while I was there. On to the service, $50 for pedi and gel manicure, the going rate... the same lady did my pedi and mani. There was no attention to detail, just a quick scrub of the feet and on the nail polish went. Same with the mani, I had to ask her a few times to refile a few of my nails, because the initial filing was uneven. Looking at my nails now, the polish is rippled on a few toes and the polish is uneven at the base of my gel mani or on my cuticles a bit. I'd say hopefuly you'll have better luck with another tech there or just try another place. Read Less

I generally get a pedicure here if I'm in need, but only because what else is a girl to do when her husband is getting his haircut next door?!Yes, I've had way better pedicures, especially at most higher-end salons in Philly, but this place does the job.  No, they won't spend more than 60 seconds massaging your legs and don't expect a neck massage while you're waiting for your polish to dry.  This is a "no-frills" place, people.  But, if you're like me and wait until your polish is half coming off your toes and this is your only option, girl, go for it. I got tips...they came out bumpy, tips were crooked, and staff was nasty! For $45, I could have seriously went somewhere else and been more than satisfied with the results.
