They are the worst..... I sat in the massage chair for an hour waiting for my turn. I was told the wait time was half an hour. Walked out after an hour because the owner and workers were taken other walk in customers because what they wanted was fast and easy. They will next see me again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have the worst customer service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....They will demand the amount of tip you have to give to them even if the job was not worth a cent. Also, they will not treat ever customer the same.... they will make you wait and take other customer if they want something easy and fast. Just what happened to me I waited for an hour for a massage when I was told the wait was a half hour. I have been going to the salon since it open. In the last few times I have gone, they rush the service. I was getting the gel nail manicure, normally they soak your hands in warm water. It didn't happen... I got the color changing gel and before the lady put the polish on. I told her three times that was not the color. Afterwards she realized it was the wrong color. Went to visit my family in Henrico, Virginia and visited an Escape Nails and Day Spa with my girlfriend. A few weeks later we went to Cherry Hill Mall and saw this place on our way back home. My gf needed to get her nails done so we went here since our experience at Henrico's Escape Nail and Spa was amazing! The service was extraordinary and they are always welcoming unlike many of the nail salons we've visited. Everything is sparkling clean and even I was relaxed. I was not a paying customer, I was just waiting for my other half to finish with her mani/pedi but I enjoyed my time there waiting. Employees are respectful keep delightful converations. had an appt for 12 pm. went in and sat there for a half hour. finally a woman came to me and asked when my appt was. i told her 12 she looked confused and asked with who? i said i didnt know, i called its my 1st time and i was told to come at 12. i walked out. horrible service. the only good thing was an older man who gave me a nice complimentary massage while i waited. he was sweet. i will never go back. I have found right spot. One of my best recommended me to try this Spa and I am so happy to find this Escape Day Spa and Bar. They offer free Cappuccino, Espresso, Coffee, Green Tea and much more drink I don't even know. I have got done Facial, Honey Lemon Spa Pedicure, Bikini Wax, Eyelash Extension and I am all ready for my big date!!!
