Yesterday, I had an experience at a nail salon in NYC that left me extremely upset. I ended up paying $75 dollars for a rushed job that left me extremely unhappy even after explaining in detail what I wanted. My nails were heavy, bumpy, and uncomfortable on my fingers not to mention nothing like I wanted. I rushed over to Divine Organic Nail Salon after getting home from NYC yesterday and they listened to my distress and spent the next two hours fixing the disaster. I was so impressed with their customer service, patience, and care during the whole process! My nails feel light and natural and every time I look at my hands I smile! My nail technician picked out a more flattering color for me as well and the price was less than half of what I spent for the original awful job in NYC! That just put the cherry on top of an already amazing experience! I am so happy and impressed with this salon and I will be back again. Thank you for the beautiful SNS nail manicure!! I had a great SNS manicure today. The tech was meticulous and very helpful evening out my nails which were in bad shape from a prior bad manicure. I have had two experiences with other salons for manicures since being in the area full time for work. None was as well done as this one and the price was right on. I absolutely had no clue what SNS organic dip gel nail color was nor did I know it came in so many different colors! Needless to say, I found this place through groupon but have since returned and brought my 3 girls back with me. I LOVE this place, but most importantly, they do too. Today was my first time at this location and my first time doing SNS nails with tips ;) let me tell u guys I feel great going there and this will be my new spot! I've been doing acrylic for so long and every time I would tell my old nail tech to make them thin they always came out fat and bulky so fake looking! For the very first time I LOVEEE how my nails came out! I made an appointment to see Sol she was recommended by a customer of mines! She did a great job!The process is a bit time consuming having to polish and dip each finger 3 times with drying in between! But man was it worth it! Then they give u a nice massage that almost sent my body into climax! Plus it's not expensive as u would think I paid the same amount my old nail tech would charge me for better service organic good quality nails! And they gave me a free hand sanitizer! We are visiting from out of town but when my husband and I left the salon I said, "We just might have to move to Chatham for this nail salon!"  I received the best gel mani & pedi I have EVER had - and I've had a lot.  Large selection of colors - both gel and regular.  The pedis included hot stones and the manis included lotioned gloves that were wonderful - included - not an up charge.  I had Myra and she was sweet, thorough, and did a wonderful job.  Thank you to Divine Organic Nail Salon! I just moved to the area from out of state and was a little worried about trying out a new nail place. This is one of the very few places I've found that offer SNS (I guess gel nails are still a thing out here). It's in a cute town, nice area to grab coffee or lunch after. I was immediately greeted when I came in. Myra did my SNS she is so sweet, and easy to chat with. Most importantly she was meticulous and paid attention to detail with my nails. They have a lot of SNS colors to choose from which is a plus. It is a small place that apparently gets pretty busy so make an appointment. All in all, so far so good. These new owners are racist there were three Asian employees the dude passed me on to the Hispanic women there who did mediocre work. I thought good at first when he came up to me because I know Asian's do better work on my  nails. But all he did was watch TV,his cell and computer and picked up the phone once in awhile. I saw what they did and did not like there conduct towards me. Because I'm Hispanic they didn't want to do business with me only white folks who walked in and who were already there. Hey to you new owners my money is still green in case you didn't know. I will not be back unless you give me an Asian employee to work on my nails. I have been so dedicated to my nail place for so long , until I met divine organic nail salon. Trust me you have not been to a place like this. And the fact that it doesn't break your pockets is even more amazing. I've never even been to Chatham I thought it would be too far for me but it wasn't at all. So before arriving I was prepared to wait awhile it was Saturday evening so of course I thought it would be busy. I went inside I was greeted immediately and was attend to immediately. It is a very small shop and seems to be family run. The owner was so sweet to me and chatted with me until someone came to help me with nails. He helped me choose a color as well. Genuinely nice staff here , they exceeded my expectations. But with every good comes some bad so below I'll list my pro's and con's.Pro's 1. I called for an appointment and they said they could see me in 15 minutes. They're very sanitary using a liner in the pedicure bowl and individual nail files. I love all the @Zoya colors of #nontoxic nail colors. Read Less

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. First, one lady took my old nail polish off and cut my nails which she did an okay job on, but then another lady painted my nails (keep in mind that 5 mins before that, she painted her own nails so she took forever to paint mine and didn't want to ruin her own nails). Then that same lady waxed my eye brows. She took a huge chunk out of my right eye brow and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Also, I still have hair that should have been cleaned up. Do not go there! I searched all around for a salon that did sns nails and am so happy I found this one. Not only did my nails turn out great but so did those of my 2 daughters! And added bonus was the hershey kisses, cookies and little gift bags they so generously gave them. Would highly recommend!! Read Less

This place is the BEST!! I recently moved up here from Atlanta, and was trying to find a salon that did S&S nails. I seriously called about 10 places and none had it, and then, I called this one! The staff are so friendly, nice, and do a great job! The prices are extremely reasonable for this area, and their products are so high-end (all organic!) and whole salon has such a high-end, but also very relaxed/friendly atmosphere. SNS is amazing (organic gel polish) and I wouldn't have known about it if not for this salon. I have visited several nail salons in this area and this one is the best! The owner was so nice and welcoming! The nail tech did such a great job. I just had an awesome experience at this nail salon with my mother. Clean salon, super friendly owners and reasonably priced. The nail tech did a great job on my manicure & pedicure and they include paraffin hands and feet wraps for their standard manicure and pedicure. I have never seen this anywhere and it felt amazing! My skins are still moisturize from the wraps! My mother had Shellac Gel mani that also included the paraffin hand wraps to protect from the UV ray lamp!? WOW another first for us! Amid all this great things I almost overlooked that they are an organic nail salon with toxic free nail products. This place is just full of great surprises.
