Jenny's is a horrible place to get your eyelashes done at. The girl Jenny did my eyelashes and had gule all in my eye had my eye burning and then ripped the lashes off my eye when I was complaining about the burning of my eye. After a lot of observations at the store, a lot of their customers can be a little rude to the people who are actually doing their nails. I know customers are allow to ask for this and that, but sometimes I feel like the way they ask is a little disrespectful. A lot of times I feel like a lot of them complain for small things. Friendly environment but they need to do some serious upgrading to this business. I believe they need to stop performing waxing n eyelash services in the front of the salon. This service should be moved to the back and help stop the crowding in the front. Also, a little more sanitary. Provide real towels during pedicure not rough paper towel and real moisturizing lotion. They do real nice nails, but they charge you for every service, american manicure extra, french, extra at other salons this is all included.
