The lady who works here does an outstanding job, she’s really great. However, about a month ago i went in to get my birthday nails. They were kind of busy so i was placed with a young apprentice i guess and he was slow but did well and was good with detail and getting the gel polish off my nails. When somebody else walked in, i was scurried to the older mans station. I was not impressed at all... he filled my nails over my cuticle so within a few days my nails were pulling my hair out like they do when they’re 3 weeks old. That’s not even all, he put way too much top coat on my gel nails and when they dried, the polish looked like it dripped off of my nails! When i told him he filed it a bit and then did it again!! I just left and got them redone on my birthday somewhere else. It’s a shame.. the woman is amazing but i will only allow her to do my nails from now on if i plan on returning. Read Less

I am giving this place a 4 because they were open the day before thanksgiving but I do have to say the woman who did my nails was wonderful she is the only reason other then being open that day that this place gets a 4. The man who works there was more focused on smoking a cigarette as guests walked in and messed the girl he was working on before that nails up. But the woman fixed them. Cheap quick and convenient.  Never long wait lines, and they accept all major credit cards! A brother and sister own the place and they are very nice.They just recently updated the look inside, new nail stations make it look much bigger! The new stations gives the place a cleaner feel and I am here for it! I will never return to this business again. I came in with my niece for her 6th birthday. I wanted us to get two manicures because we had her birthday party, a royal ball for a princess, that night and I wanted her to feel like a queen. The older woman that is working there currently started doing my nieces nails but all she did was file and paint them. She said she was only charging me for a color change because kids nails were two small. Then as she was painting my nieces t...oes she complained that my 6 year old nieces princess dress was two long and would ruin the nails. Then when it was finally my turn she only painted them because in her words "she had actual customers" that she had to help. I was an actual customer and was there to make my niece feel special. I paid her and didn't tip because I was horrified that someone would actually run or allow someone like that to work there. The woman then proceeded to stare me down because I didn't tip and said "don't worry honey, next time you come alone and get pedicure and manicure". The older man took care of me today. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which was red nails with ring finger white with red heart which he simply said "ok". He managed to cut me and made me bleed. Then the woman came to draw the heart which looked terrible so I just asked for silver polkadots. They apologized and told me they wouldnt charge for the design. I still have red Polish around my nails and they look sloppy. Because I'm a decent person I still tipped $5 but I will never go back. Brenda and the gang are always friendly and happy to see me. Even when I come in with a few extra family members wanting to have their nails or a pedi done.They do their very best not to make anyone wait long for any of the services they offer. Still here and had to write a review. I'm always nervous to try a new nail place but this one is so close to my home I had to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did! I had the best experience with Douglas today. He did exactly what I wanted (almost without me even saying it) and did it WELL! Last time I was here I had a guy and he did my pedicure in 5 mins... Well I told the owner I didn't want the guy and she said she's busy she can't she has someone on the way. Well after a very rough five minute pedicure the lady came back from the back and indeed had no one else in here she just didn't want to do it. The man was rough and rude and I 100% will not be back! Clean and busy place. Got my nails done 2 weeks ago (acrylic with gel overlay) and a pedicure and my husband got a pedicure too. We had to leave and come back and it took 3 hours to get 2 pedis and a set of nails done though and the lady that did my nails was pretty impatient and a little snappy. Bumpy nails kind of sloppy. My daughter and myself went to the salon and had our nails done for the first time last weekend...I <3 my nails and so does my daughter...We loved it so much and still love the treatment, quality and professionalism that had been shown, we set our 2 week appointment at the same time we checked out!
