There are so many nail salons in our area it’s hard to choose. After years of going to one place I felt taken for granted. I decided one day after going to Dunkin for coffee to check out this place. Olivia the owner is so warm and upbeat. I asked about getting my nails filled I have sculpted nails and gel polish . Her price is not cheap slightly higher by $5 than my old place. The treatment I get here is night and day from the last place. She does a far nicer job. My nails are not thick . They wear perfectly from full to fill. If I do get in the past year a ding or a break I’ve called and she has squeezed me in. Also so unlike my last place if there was a repair during my manicure didn’t charge me. She also is very fast. I get done always in about 45 mins where the old place was an hour at least. The place is clean the staff are all very sweet. Oliva most of all makes me feel valued as her client. My daughter lives in NYC and comes home to have her nails done by Olivia... she’s that good. Plus Dunkin is right next door. One day I was late and mentioned I skipped my morning coffee trying to not be late. She sent one of the staff to get me a cup. She secured me as a client for a very long time!!! I received a gift certificate for Christmas 2017 for a mani pedi so I finally went to use it in April 2018 to get my nails done for a wedding. I made an appointment at 3 and arrived 5 minutes early. Nobody was at the front desk and I awkwardly sat there for 5 minutes until Olivia (or anyone for that matter) said anything to me. After I said I wanted a mani pedi, Olivia told me to take the second pedicure chair and it took TEN minutes for someone to come do my pedicure. The woman didn’t speak very good English and I had trouble understanding her. Olivia has two young kids (I believe her husband also works at the salon) and I totally understand and am okay with people bringing their kids to work if they can’t find childcare. Her daughter was running around the salon BAREFOOT and that really grossed me out. I chose a light pink for my toes and you can’t even tell that they’re pink and my manicure is white and came out well. I will never be going back there again. Read Less
