After a long week and two bad haircuts on my son, I walked into trax with him in tow and explained that after 2 tries to fix the cut Nicole assured me she would do what she could. Well I couldn't have been happier with what she did and that kids hair was a disaster! She not only fixed it but explained to me how she was doing it. It must be nice when you can turn away customers in this economy. Poor customer service. I just moved to this area and I have a residence in the Princeton area where no one turns away business.I guess Bradley Beach is a thriving economy and doing better than the rest of  the world. Better than any New York salon I've ever been to!  I made a last minute appointment, we were in the area for the weekend visiting my brother in Manasquan.   Diane, the owner, is amazing!  Everything is so clean, so comfortable.  Everyone makes you feel so at home.  Nicole, the colorist/stylist I had the appointment with gave me the best cut and color I've ever had!  She knew what was best for me, I tried something totally new.  Best colorist/stylist I've ever been to.  And she's so much fun to talk to!  Trax gives you the New York style without the ridiculous prices. I got a cut a while ago and it was awesome. Got my hair dyed a separate time a couple of months ago and my stylist worked with me and gave me the exact color I wanted. My hair was damaged and she was careful and also very friendly. When I went to get my hair colored they remembered me from the first time when I got a cut. I love going here because everyone is so nice. My stylist sent me a thank you card with a 25% off my next cut coupon. I'll definitely be going back! It's not cheap, but not expensive either.
