Sat there for a half hour on a Sunday. Wasn't told it was gonna be a wait or how long till I would be serviced. Only four technicians and a girl on her computer who couldn't care less what was going on. Finally a woman who came twenty mins after me got serviced first, followed by another appointment. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The wait was not long but the person I had was a hot mess. She put a burning hot towel on my feet, messed up my pedicure by walking Into my feet when waxing and than got wax in my hair!!! Another technician was able to take the wax out of my hair but I was not offered any comps for the troubles. I thought this was awful customer service on their part. There are no prices listed anywhere. That should have been my first hint. I was charged an outrageous price for a set of gel tips, painted plainly, because they could not do any of the designs that I wanted. The designs were stripes, by the way. Simple, easy stripes. They're crooked, poorly done, and definitely not worth the arm OR the leg I paid for them. You can get a much better paint job for much less money at almost any other nail salon. Read Less

No prices posted anywhere!!! I got a set of gel tips put on, then given simple stripes as accent nails on my pointer and ring finger, because they couldn't do anything more intricate than that. I got charged an arm an a leg for something that would have only cost me half that much at any other salon. Convinced something was up, a friend of mine called the salon the next day and asked how much a gel tip set with two accent nails would cost, and she was told a different amount than what I paid. Incredibly inconsistent with pricing, poorly done paint jobs and artwork. For what I paid, I should have the Mona Lisa on my nails, but I got a very poorly done job. Never going back!!! The Shop is exceptionally clean. Besides the clean shop, they sterilize all their equipment with an autoclave and uses all disposable products which helps negate the transfer of infectious bacteria. My nails and feet never look and feel this good. I would recemmend this shop to everyone. Read Less
