The tech I had was cordial, but never told me her name and didn't speak much English. I got tips and SNS. Each nail turned out a different size, thickness & shape. I got a little annoyed trying to explain to the tech what "uneven" meant, so I began making filing motions with my arms. She still didn't get it. This salon appears to specialize in SNS (powder) manicures. No complaints at all! Clean, professional, and the owner is very involved with the clients. I originally went to the Montclair location when I was first moving to NJ but have been coming to the Bloomfield location ONLY because it's closer to my apartment - the level and quality of services are the same at both locations. Every single woman that works at the two Rouge locations is AMAZING!! I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure there and the owner is so accommodating. I try to not schedule last minute, but when I'm feeling spontaneous and want my pampering fix, these ladies are always willing to squeeze me in. Best SNS nails around! I've currently gone to this location 4 times over the past couple of months and I'm very impressed with the quality of my nails. Although a smaller facility, they do have a wide array of colors that can be picked and my nails have lasted 3 weeks with no chipping or cracking! I have been a customer for years. I took a one-year break but now I am back. This place has grown in size. They now have a shop in Montclair. What I love about the Belleville shop is now she has expanded her nail color selection via polish and SNS powders. She has more workers but everyone is still very friendly. She remembered me and welcome me back and told me that she missed me coming. This place is real classy they take their time they stayed up on the latest Styles  and trends. Unfortunately, I will not return to Rouge Nails. I had a good experience--clean salon, friendly staff--however, I have had better SNS manicures that have lasted longer and costed less.The woman servicing me nicked my finger and it left an unappealing scab. When we were finished, I had to ask her to clean my nails because there was a lot of debris leftover from the dip. Finally, less than 10 days after my service, 6 nails started to come off. I have a desk job and use gloves to wash dishes.....It just wasn't a good service this time around.My search continues.... Read Less

Had my first SNS mani here. SNS (dipping powder) is $35.00. There's so many great colors to choose from. Rosa did an amazing job!Wednesday, I came in for a Pedi. The pedi is $22.00. Of course, Rosa did another amazing job! The pedicure stations are clean. A nice plus is the Pedi-lounge chair that vibrates and massages you :)Everyone is very friendly at the salon. During my treatments, the owner Olga came around and offered me water.It's best to make an appointment particularly for after work or on the weekend. The place gets mobbed.
