I had one nail that broke a little on the side and another nail that completely broke. They fixed my broken nail and now I don't have to cut it. The other nail they were able to cover and extend my nail, they didn't just attach a fake nail on top of it. I never got this done before but it feels extremely realistic and comfortable. I got gel nails and my mom got a blue French manicure. They both came out great. The pedicure was also good since the chairs massage you while you're getting them done. They also massaged our shoulders while we were getting our nails dried. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area ! Read Less

Went in yesterday with my Mom for manicure and pedicure. They could not have been nicer! Really genuinely nice! Their regular pedicure was great, they give you a choice of cucumber or grapefruit scrub.  My legs are still smooth! My Mom loved her manicure, and she can be very picky. I would highly recommend! I was worried they might rush thru my polish change and mani, but they were as attentive and thorough as if I was their first customer of the day. I needed a manicure pretty badly and I just moved to this town. It was a Sunday and all the other places I could have went to were closed. I got to the salon and I asked for a manicure I was seated right away but because I had LCN nails before that the manicurist had to switch with someone to do the work. I chose my color and the paint was painted on rushed. I went to have my nails dried with the fan and it did not dry them completely. I went to pay and the manicure was ruined. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come out and fix it. But while I was getting the nails down the first time another customer came in. The manicurist rushed the work on my nails and immediately took the other person because she was a reoccurring customer. I felt as though they only wanted the money, the place was clean but not well ventilated I thought I was going to be sick. I know how a nail salon is supposed to be because I have spent $$$ on nails and they have lasted a long time. But this was a $17 manicure that had to be fixed and when I got home it smudged even more. A week later I bought nail polish remover and painted my own nails they look so much better. My advice if you need a manicure badly go here but don't expect it to be great. 2 stars only because they were open on sunday otherwise only 1 star. Read Less

I've heard great remarks about this place, but unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Sadly, it was the worst gel manicure I have ever received. The nail technician seemed distracted and rushed from the start, so much that he actually cut off a part of my cuticle. Obviously it was an accident, and he apologized. However, it was a significant cut that bled for a good 10 minutes. I even put a bandaid with neosporin on it that night. The gel manicure was completed quickly, and the end product was sloppy at best. At a distance it looks somewhat okay, but look closer and you clearly see some sections that were completely missed with polish. Other sections have too much polish that pooled into the cuticle and skin. Despite my bad experience, it is quite possible that the other nail technicians are fine and my guy was an exception. The salon in general was very clean, prices were competitive for the area, and I did not have to wait. Read Less

I'm sure Nailtopias is fine for manicures, but DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. I got an eyebrow wax today around noon. It is now almost 6:45 pm and the skin around my  eyebrows is still burning and red, and I have even put a burn cream on the affected area. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years at other salons and have never had an issue, so I believe the wax they use must be too hot. I got my eyebrows waxed today in order to look my best for a weekend away, and unfortunately I am now uncomfortable and look ridiculous. Read Less

I regularly visit Nailtopias and I am 100% satisfied everytime.  The salon has a nice atmosphere, and all of the nail technicians are friendly.  I've never once had a bad manicure experience, and I'm frequently complimented on how great my nails look after going there.  Pedicures are comprehensive and very relaxing. I visited this nail salon on my lunch break. I was seated for a pedicure without a wait and Rosa helped me. The massage was wonderful and then she surprised me by adding a hot stone. I've never had a hot stone massage at a pedicure before! She was quick but professional and very nice. The atmosphere could be a little better but the service was good and my pedicure looked fantastic. Oh, and you also get a shoulder massage while your nails dry. Read Less

they suck. I tried them with a coupon because my daughter is 8. it should really be any more than 20 bucks to paint a childs nails. they started looking at her as if she was older than 8. she is 50 lb skinny rail and short like me they almost didnt take the coupon. They polish nails like 2 year olds all over your skin and they are nasty. Read Less
