I went to this salon for a few years. Olga was whom I saw and a few occasions saw Laura. Both were great. One day I was assured all the girls there were just as amazing ..,. I booked with Anna. Worst mistake ever! This girl stated she had one booking and it would be while highlights sat. Well she did back of my head did her appt...an hour later did a walk In and an hour later did top n sides of my head w highlights...then let me sit another hour and after her boss left she left me for an hour talking on her phone. Then came to add toner and do roots and blow dry. Welll as she blows my hair has a look and says more toner needs added. Then goes to blow again and looks and oh it needs color then is trying to correct the back of my head and turns it white w a blue tint. Mind my top n sides are black! My back section is breaking. Then 7 hours later is yanking my breaking damaged hair yo blow dry it bc she wants to go home. Did not even comb it first was just yanking this mush destroyed hair w a circle brush: I left a vmail for owner and got no response so I showed up next day all she did was a ski color and did fix the color for a week or so but I still went elsewhere to see about treatments. They stated my hair was cut crooked and destroyed. She had me do ola plex and order crede er...a month later my hair is 4 inches shorter due to the damage and back and sides are different color than the back. I was shocked nothing was done my bellizima to correct besides a semi color. No keratin or condition treatment or money returned. Needless to say anna charged me 340 for destroying my hair and I will never recommend this salon again nor go back! Read Less

Love Bellizima, Laura & her staff are just amazing, from color, blowouts, make-up, cuts, they  make you feel so comfortable,  great massage when you get your  head washed, to the amazing coffee, the whole experience is wonderful, they really care about their clients, it's not just a salon, they make you feel like family.  I wouldn't go anywhere else. Laura did my hair exactly how I've wanted other stylists to do it but they never did. I love it. I'll be booking with Laura from now on. All of the stylists are amazing and kind and my co workers all looked gorgeous! Susan did our make-up, we all looked and felt fabulous and confident for our event. Everyone looked amazing! I made an appointment two weeks before my prom. I usually don't get my hair done, but since this was a special occasion I agreed to it. They told me to get there around 3:15 (my appointment was at 3:45) to "get me started". When I got there at 3:15, they told me they were packed, and whenever it was possible I would go. Okay, that's fine. Then, they told me the woman I was recommended to go with was hospitalized. Alright, I understand that it wasn't her faul. A call or mail would've been nice but whatever. They didn't sat me at the time of my appointment, nor fifteen minutes after. I let them know that it was a special occasion, and that I didn't have much time afterwards to get ready. They never sat me. I had to leave, without getting my hair done, on the day of my prom. Worst experience I've ever had. I'm pretty understanding but I can't believe it. Great establishment, but this likely speaks more to the owner than their services: I ran out of gas driving into downtown Basking Ridge, and had to walk about a mile (uphill, both ways!) to get to a gas station. Walking back with a giant gas can in 16 degree weather and I was in a T-Shirt, the owner and her husband were the only people who stopped and gave me a ride. Laura and her team are fantastic. I really love the way Laura colors, cuts, and styles hair. Her innovative ideas for my face shape  and color is truly amazing! The salon is clean and the team is accommodate you with beverages and holiday candy. SUSIE is very nice and she added eyelashes to enhance my look. The receptionist, Tessy,  is awesome and gave me an appointment in short notice and was pleasantly understanding.  Anna is kind to offer tea twice and washed it with a massaging my hair. I got a "blow out" today for a wedding that I'm going to tonight.The place is nice and decorated well. I came in, sat down, and was seated in the chair to have my hair washed quickly.When it came time for the style- my ONLY request was for her to PLEASE do something that would hold. That's all! I didn't ask for anything crazy. As you might be able to guess...it didn't hold. Only an hour later, my hair fell completely flat, probably because she barely did a thing to it. She used a crimper and a straightener and maybe sprayed my hair twice with something, I have no idea. I feel that it's because I said I wasn't from the area- she probably assumed I wouldn't be back, so she could just do a half-hearted job. I am very displeased- why did I spend money to make my hair look even flatter than it does every day?I would have said something, but I felt so rushed and uncomfortable.
