Overall they do a good job on cut and color. My issue is the deceptive price tactics. My advice, make sure you discuss the cost before you sit in the chair. This way you won't be caught off guard at the end. The owner seems to make the prices up as she goes.

I discovered this salon on Gropoun and was very disappointed with my experience. I had Mili as my stylists who is very sweet however, she was unable to lift my hair and gave me the incorrect cut. I asked for blonde highlights and even paid extra for toner however, I still walked out with orange highlights. Also, they did not blend my dark roots in with the highlight. Therefore, now I have dark roots then a harsh line to my orange highlights. I wanted a breast cut, yet I got a... shoulder cut. Also, I explained to my stylist that I have curly therefore when cut wet it should be cut longer that desired so that when dry it will the desired length. However, still received the incorrect cut. Moreover, Katherine was very rude and kept putting herself in my conversation with my stylist and would not let me finish my sentence or explain myself before cutting me off. Also, she felt the need to talk bad about me while I was in the salon with other clients and my stylist. If you have any type of ethnic hair I do not recommend this salon. And now I have to go and pay more so that another stylist can fix what mess is on my head. See More

Katherine is extremely knowledgeable! Her hair coloring gorgeous, she does balayage for me and root touch up! I’m never disappointed I’ve been a customer for four yrs about. Her staff Millie and Miranda are the sweetest. Everyone who leaves Atelier 22 looks amazing. Her blow outs leave my hair silky and full of life! She has Groupons for new customers and gives special deal on top of that. Highly recommend , very clean, has beverages, little goodies, hair care products, pedicures, manicures, she does make up it’s a one stop make me beautiful salon. Most of all, the ladies there listen and give you the look you are after!!! Do not walk run to atelier 22 you will never go to another salon again.

This review is for specifically Katherine, the owner. I came to her with a seriously messed up head - someone else had completely ruined my hair color and cut. Katherine not only validated me by saying "this isn't even a color" LOL but she spent the time and played "color by numbers" as she called it, and did an amazing job at fixing my head and making the color and cut even better than what I thought anyone would be able to accomplish. I am so thankful Katherine was skilled and patient enough to help me! Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

I found this salon on Groupon. It was a great deal and local so I gave it shot. So glad I did! The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. John did an incredible job! I have thick, curly hair that can be hard to manage. He made some great recommendations and wasn't pushy at all. They even continue to give discounts on future visits since I had the groupon. I made 2 more appointments and will definitely recommend him to my friends!

I am biracial and it's difficult to find a stylist that can cut and maintain my hair properly, so finding Katherine was a god send! She cuts my hair in a way that helps it grow. I love the Fresa's products that she uses on my hair also. I even purchased the shampoo, conditioner and styling cream to use between visits. During my last visit, I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure from Donna and it was amazing. I look forward to future services.

Great energy! Clean and comfortable salon. I couldn't tell from the outside how large the space is but learned about so many other services they offer after coming inside and seeing all of the additional rooms. Only here for hair today, but this is a one-stop shop for sure. Highly recommended.

Kat takes the time to listen so she can produce a professional style & cut that is customized specifically for me. She also taught me her technique so that I can style my own hair at home - tres importante! Kat knows the science behind all the hair products. This is especially helpful to me as I have sensitivities to many chemicals. I highly ...recommend this salon to every woman! I know I will continue to return time and again. See More

I discovered this salon on Gropoun and was very disappointed with my experience. I had Mili as my stylists who is very sweet however, she was unable to lift my hair and gave me the incorrect cut. I found this salon on Groupon. It was a great deal and local so I gave it shot. So glad I did! The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. John did an incredible job! I have thick, curly hair that can be hard to manage. He made some great recommendations and wasn't pushy at all. They even continue to give discounts on future visits since I had the groupon.
