HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! 0 stars if I could. I had called the other day to inquire about getting a gel mani pedi with my sister and the woman said it would be $32. I asked if she had anything available if we came that day at 12:30 and she said she did so I said ok but never made an appointment. Went today and although our nails look good, it is SOOO not worth the stress. When we went to pay, the woman told us it would be $50 for my sister and $57 for me...so expensive!! I told her that I called the other day and was told $32 and she said with an attitude that that was regular polish price and then charged my card. When I told her about my phone call, she said I talked to her on the phone. She pointed at me and said I remember you! Then she said I made an appointment the other day and I never showed up! When I tried to nicely tell her the truth, she kept arguing with me as her eyes were watery and red and her head shook from frustration. Then she talked back to me, the customer, who did nothing wrong. When I went back to the car with my sister, they had parked next to us and swung the door open which hit my car door and mirror!! This is by far the WORST experience I have had and although my nails are nice-looking and the spa is kept up with, the customer service is absolutely absurd. BEWARE !! I give this salon a POOR rating !! WORST SALON in my area. I am not a high maintenance person, but their customer service & customer relations are substandard. Never accommodating. I have been going to this location for years, but this is the first time I had been in since the new management took over. It is more than safe to say I will never be back! I went in looking for a pedicure and manicure. Was seating for my pedicure right away, and things started out fine. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain from my big toe. I looked down and noticed the girl had cut my toe. At first I thought it was a surface cut on the skin so I allowed her to keep going, and figured it was just a small nic as she didn't say anything. A few minutes later, I felt a stinging sensation so I looked down and noticed the entire one side of my nail bed was full of blood. She had literally gashed the entire side of my nail and was trying to cover it up and just left it to bleed as she kept working on my nails and said nothing!! At this point, I decided to say something as I was clearly no longer relaxed and in pain, the complete opposite environment you expect when going for a pedicure. She told me it was an accident and that it would be fine, no apology. I expressed concern about putting nail polish on and it getting into the cut and stinging/ possibly becoming infected. She said no that wont happen and started to get a little annoyed with me. I told her I was hesitant to continue with putting nail polish on, and she decided to let me know "You can go somewhere else if you want". Excellent customer service, right? I asked for the manager, and a very nice girl came over and heard me out and apologized. She told me I would not have to pay for the pedicure, which I thought was fair considering. My girl then continued to argue in chinese with the manager, clearly mad that she had given me the pedicure for free. I find this extremely rude and unacceptable. The rest of my pedicure was abrupt and careless. She flew threw everything and didn't even perform the standard massage with lotion. When it came time for the polish (I was getting french), she asked what color I wanted. I told her I did not want the pink color, I wanted a more natural color. She showed me a bottle of bright pink and clear and said "these are the two colors we use, if you do not like them you can get up and go over to the front and pick out the color yourself". WOW. Thankfully, the gentleman next to her was courteous enough to bring over the color I was asking for. I have never seen a person fly through a french the way this girl did, clearly trying to get me out of there. I have no idea why I stuck around for the manicure, but I did (It is easter weekend I do not have a lot of time to go elsewhere). The same girl starts my manicure. She is flying through each nail, spending no more than a second on each. Abruptly, she gets up and walks away without saying anything and goes to the back to start cleaning the pedicure chair I was in. I watch her in disbelief as she deep cleans the thing, throws away trash, and then touches the bottom of her sandal to adjust it. She then walks back over to me, and tries to continue my manicure WEARING THE SAME EXACT GLOVES SHE WAS JUST CLEANING AND TOUCHING GARBAGE WITH. At this point, I jumped out of my seat and got the heck out of there. I cannot believe an establishment would operation in such an unprofessional way and allow its employees to be unsanitary. This was a nightmare experience. I left with nail dust still on my hands and no manicure. I will never be back. Read Less

Went for a full gel set. They looked nice when I left the salon. But when I got home I noticed it lifting by my cuticle. Went right back to the salon. They fixed it but it kind of looks like I got a bad fill. And now on the same finger (thumb) on my other hand the gel is actually lifting from the corner of the nail extention.They are all really nice there but paying $50 for someting I want quality especially since I work with my hands 24/7.  Not impressed. I would go there again if it were a pedi and if there was a $10 special going on. Thats about it. Read Less
