This shop is very professional in doing nails, but very disrespectful to their clients. When you have an appt for 1:30 and arrive at 1:20 and are almost run over by tech running out the door saying I will be late. What the heck? She is supposed to give me a fill. NO explanation!!! I question employees and response is, “ She will return in short whi!e or in 10 min. Still no explanation. In over an hour she returns. Still no apologie or explanation. There is no reason for this. If you are taking a lunch break, do not schedule a client. It’s that simple. Hope owner reads this and makes changes, otherwise business will fail! Will not return!!!!!!!!

Went there for years customer service horrible. Can't get in even with an appointment or your also waiting a hour. They take walk inside as your walking in for your appointment, screws up appointments...
Went there for years customer service horrible. Can't get in even with an appointment or your also waiting a hour. They take walk inside as your walking in for your appointment, screws up appointments and says there is nothing they can do but try later. They put a sign up to tell you debit customers pay extra charge if not more than $ 25.00.

I liked Lyz nails at first but they make you wait a long time even with an appointment. Twice I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment! The last time I waited 1 hour 40 minutes because they obviously over booked. I made that appointment 3 weeks in advance and got a babysitter to go. I just went in to get the gel taken off and they charged me $10 for less than 5 minutes of work. When I questioned the price the worker stood up and pointed to the price sign saying $10 for take off. The other workers started laughing, saying she's "so funny" and I felt that was extremely unprofessional. I won't be going back!

I have been getting my nails done for the last 30 years. I went everywhere in Ocean County. I tried Lyz Nails 10 years ago. Hands down the best gels ever....ask for Brian.

I scheduled an appointment to get dip powder nail manicure. When I got to my appointment, the nail technician showed me the powder(which I wanted). But kept saying you should just do gel. After trying to speak to her about the powder. Telling her I really wanted the powder, she just could not understand me and told me to select a gel color. I was also unhappy with the manicure, the color looked like it had grown out of about 2 weeks. She did not push back my cuticles, less then 1 week later I need a fill. . My daughter love this place but unless she gets me a gift card I won't be back

did great on my nails and were very quick. when I called about a gel manicure they said it would be $25. I then got charged $10 more for them having to remove my previous gel polish which I thought was absurd because I wasn't told that on the phone. I had only brought $40 and planned on tipping $10 for the $25 nails but ended up only being able to leave $5 because they charged me extra. also $35 was too low to put on a card.

Brian is awesome! I came here based on reviews and was very satisfied. He did a meticulous job! I haven't had my nails look this great in a long time. I've tried many nails salons on the island and in the area. I would highly recommend Lyz and ask for Brian! FYI: they accept Visa & MasterCard but you must charge at least $25. There is a $2 service fee charged on top of that.

There is no place better then Lyz Nails. I have been going there for almost 8 years and Brian does an awesome job and Tammy also who does my waxes and pedicures. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This shop is very professional in doing nails, but very disrespectful to their clients. When you have an appt for 1:30 and arrive at 1:20 and are almost run over by tech running out the door saying I will be late. What the heck? She is supposed to give me a fill. NO explanation!!! I liked Lyz nails at first but they make you wait a long time even with an appointment. Twice I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment!
