Most of the people who work here don't have any respect for costumers. Will not be coming back here. I wish I would have gotten her name but the lady who did my nails was very rude. I got a gel pedicure and the color that I chose they no longer had. When she came back to tell me they didn’t have it she handed me the bottle so I was confused and asked if they had it or not. She then said “what don’t you understand, we don’t have it” Granted, maybe that’s how she normally talks to her customers being as though some of the people that come in there can be rude but I’m nothing but respectful when talking to people, and that’s just poor customer service. She also talked very loud in her language and laughed with her coworkers the whole time while doing my nails to the point where she even stopped painting just to talk. In my opinion that’s rude. For one no one understands what they are saying and 2 she should be focused on doing my nails not socializing. She also hit my nail polish with the led lamp causing the nail polish to mess up and argued with me saying it was my fault for moving my foot. Having to pay $41 to get a pedicure should be a good experience. I like to tip when people give good customer service, but she most definitely didn’t deserve it. Read Less

My mom and I went in to get our nails done the other day and they both turned out wrong. The woman who did my nails was rude from the get-go and gave off this impression like she didn't want me to be there at all. Once I sat down, she tried to push gel polish on me repeatedly and got irritated when I said no. I came in for a full set of acrylics. She asked how short I wanted my nails and I said short, and then she cut off pretty much everything that wasn't my fingertip, which left no room for shaping. She just left them an ugly square shape. She didn't ask me if I wanted a shape either and didn't even give me time to tell her something was wrong before rushing through everything else and demanded I pay before she even put the polish on. After the polish was on, she walked over to me and picked up my bag without directing me and dropped it on one of the chairs at the drying station and then just walked away. My mom's nails turned out a completely wrong color, too, despite her saying that she thought something was off. We spoke with the manager on the phone that day and he said we could come get our nails fixed tomorrow. When we got there, they started giving us a hard time about fixing my nails and the woman who had done my nails yesterday tried to push the blame off on me and deny rushing. This place is horrible. I've already gave up trying to get my nails done Their a long time ago. But just wanted a polish change on my toes with a design and they couldn't even take care of that I picked out a design that he tried to talk me out of prob bc she couldn't do it then suggested another it tuned out horrible she took it off I picked another and she had no clue how to do it it was a good foil sticker and she was going to use yellow nail polish to try and do it ????? I left without getting anything and they over charged me five dollars magically the price went up even tho I left and called their other location and it was the price I had originally thought. They are ok. Been going there for almost 2 years. Some of the staff are very sweet and good at their job. There are a few that are very rude, have attitudes and are preoccupied by their phones or looking around the salon. I will agree that they need to spend more time on a pedicure for the price. Never go there unless you like to wait hours. I went to this nail salon and had to leave because they were letting people go before me. I voiced my concerns and they still let people go before me. I waited 30 minutes before they told me to come to the chair for my pedicure. When I got to the chair I waited another 10-15 minutes and as soon as one of the nail techs came to assist me, another nail tech told her to go to another person that came in after me and told me to "Wait 1 minute". The pedicure is too basic for 25 bucks. The water was luke warm. The lady spent about 2 minutes on my feet with the file. My peeve, nail polish on my cuticle. The manager is in denial about the rush job. She insisted that the technician is good and has been there for years. Horrible service and customer service. It was my very first time coming to this salon, the day before prom and I'd never go back. A female worker did my pedicure and my full set. No gel simply color and coffin nails, I was charged $56. I tried talking to her in the beginning and she simply ignored me, while rushing through my pedicure. I specifically told her that I had my prom next day and that it was my first time coming to this salon and that I usually go to Hollywood Nails however they rush and do a sloppy job. That is exactly what she did. Rushed through my pedicure, the tools they used was from a pencil case box, tools thrown in together. In other salons I've been to, they open brand new packages of tools they will solely use on you, and throw away. During my pedicure she was constantly asking if I wanted gel and that it was better. In my experience it is not, and the price for a pedicure + gel was $40. She only scrubbed my foot for 5 seconds each foot. No massage, just hot towel and lotion rubbed. Not sure exactly why the charge was $25. When moved to nail station, and onto my full set I expected her to take her time and look at every detail in the work she was doing however she was constantly looking around the salon. No one needed her the salon wasn't even packed. I know quite a bit about nails and how to achieve flawless nails. I asked for a wide coffin nail, not skinny and she pulled down her mask to turn her head sideways and tell me, "I know what I'm doing, I know what I'm doing." I told her I wanted a flat nail not so thick and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to instruct her on how to file with the drill yet she did the complete opposite of what I asked for, and did it quickly. I sat next to a girl who was into her full set and I finished first than she did. My friend and I both got our pedi and full set at the same time and I finished first than she did. Some of my nails were flat, some bulky, some curved down and others flat out straight with the allusion they're shaped upwards. She applied all three coats of polish in 30 seconds without allowing each to dry at least 30 seconds. When I went to dry them by fan they began to wrinkle and I told her however all she said was, "That's the right color" and went to get more clear polish. I told her no because the under coats weren't dried that I was just going to wait till they dried and she said, "then wait" with an attitude. She raised her tone with me multiple times, slamming the polish bottle on the station, the pen in which I had to sign for, and rolled her eyes. Worst experience ever. Would never in a lifetime recommend this place to a friend. I asked to speak to the boss, however she was on vacation as one employee told me. No matter how annoying your customer is you give them the most pleasant enjoyable, experience, especially if it's their first time. Whatever they ask for, you do it because they're paying for the service. I will look into getting an inspector to check their tools and to make sure everyone has their Nail Technician Certification.
