My friend and I went to this nail salon and it was way too overpriced. We got a manicure with acrylic tip nails and they've already started chipping and it hasn't even been close to a week. The nail polish was wrinkling up during the process and they didn't measure the nail shape to the other hand. It's only been four days and all of my nails are chipped and I paid $65...

I tried this place - the staff was very friendly and the manicure was very nice, but the place needs a good cleaning - and I mean a good cleaning! the floor, the chair, the walls by the pedicure chair...
I tried this place - the staff was very friendly and the manicure was very nice, but the place needs a good cleaning - and I mean a good cleaning! the floor, the chair, the walls by the pedicure chairs look all blotchy and splattered! I didn't want to just get up and leave, so I stayed for the duration. The stools by the drying station are uncomfortable - there is no back and you have to sit hunched up.
If they clean up, I might come back as I liked the people and the mani job.

absolutely awful. i left crying. the woman messed up my nails and tried to blame it on me. she did an ugly design and i asked her to take it off and she wouldnt do it i had to pay $6 extra for this ug...
absolutely awful. i left crying. the woman messed up my nails and tried to blame it on me. she did an ugly design and i asked her to take it off and she wouldnt do it i had to pay $6 extra for this ugly job and the worst part was she was the manager. also such a long wait for bad quality jobs. there were women who came in after me and finished before i started.

the absolute worst experience! Worst pedicure, horrible customer service. I can go on and on...take my advice go somewhere else!!!

WORST MANICURE IVE EVER GOTTEN!!!! I've had plenty of bad manicures but this was the absolute worst. I'd give it no stars if I could. My cuticles are covered in polish, its all uneven, and basically just looks like crap. I could've done a better job myself, blindfolded. Also, I was rushed out by the lady who did my nails, who I also assume was the owner or manager. I don't think my nails were drying for 5 minutes before she practically pushed me out the door, which obviously dented and scratched my nails on the way home. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never return or recommend.

I used to like coming here for the friendly service and the nice massages that they gave you with a pedicure. Lately though, the service has really become noticeably poor. The last time I got a pedicure, the woman rushed through it and massaged my legs, even though I had paid extra for an extended foot massage (because a quick foot massage is usually included as part of the regular price.) She was actually massaging my legs so hard that it was uncomfortable! Today though, I wanted an acrylic manicure, and the woman didn't even soak my cuticles to soften then before she started roughly scraping them. Then she was trying to sell me on a $70 ""natural"" manicure, and when I asked her if it would last as long as the acrylic manicure that I had gotten another time, she couldn't explain it to me because she didn't speak enough English. She could barely communicate anything to me about the service, only that it was ""good"" and ""natural."" I ended up thanking her and leaving--frustrated and disappointed. I will not return.

I tried this place - the staff was very friendly and the manicure was very nice, but the place needs a good cleaning - and I mean a good cleaning! the floor, the chair, the walls by the pedicure chairs look all blotchy and splattered!
