Went there for the first time this Monday for an acrylic fill and will definitely be back! Super nice nail technicians, tons of options for shellac colors, great pricing, and fast, quality work. My normal spot does a good job but takes a long time to get you in and out, no problems with that here. AND theyre open until 7 so I can actually get there after my work day ends. So happy Read Less

Not happy! I walked in with pink and whites - asked for a pink and white fill and walked out with pink base and white French manicure. I tried every possible way to convince the nail tech that she wasn't giving me a pink and white fill only to be told she couldn't do as I asked because my nails were too small. I asked before she even got started if my nails were too small for her - she replied no. I also advised her that my regular shop which unfortunately is back in FL knows how to do my nails just fine. I went in the other day and I had amazing service!!! Everyone was so nice and the ladies do an amazing job...I picked a picture off the internet of what I wanted, and the Lady was able to do it, no problem! They also gave me a gift certificate for the next time I go back!Read Less

Was going there on recommendation of a friend. Despite having several nails break, this last time I went in to get another one fixed and shellac on the two nails it came off of. The owner asked me where I had my nails done and when I didn't know the name of the gentleman she said something in a different language to the other techs who all looked at me ( even though I've been here multiple times). The gentleman wasn't there this time. She then asked me again did you get your nails done here? I replied yes. She had me sit down and wait for almost 15 mins before she came over and asked me what I wanted then she was going to just do shellac and I explained my one nail was broken as I showed her and that I needed it filled. Then she told me they were closed, I said I thought you close at 7 and there was another woman there just getting her nails started. I said ok I'll go somewhere else. She then said no what do you want done, I explained again she talked in another language again and after having the other techs look at me again I explained to her that I would go somewhere else and didn't appreciate whatever her issue was in not believing that they've done my nails when I've been there several times. And they never take tips on cards bc they don't have to claim cash. Never going back there again.Read Less

First time actually getting acrylics on. It started off going good until he started cleaning up. He had gotten some on my actual finger. He started ripping it off. After I made it clear that it hurt and told him to stop he told me to relax and started going at it again. It came out liking really good but wasn't worth the pain. Read Less

If I could give this place no stars I would. I asked to have my set of acrylic nails replaced. The man refused to listen to me, took off all my nails and then started to paint them with gel because it "looked better". I told him that I wanted my ACRYLIC NAILS REPLACED. He tried to talk me out of it for a good 10 minutes saying "no no no these are better" and when he finally listened to me they proceeded to charge me $30 to get them put back on when it was originally just going to cost me $18. I asked the lady who owns the place to refund me and she refused, screamed, yelled, and said  horrible things. This is how you treat a costumer? I spent all that money just to have them fall off in 5 days. Read Less

I highly suggest you not go here! This was my first and last time going to Da-Vi Nails. My pedicure was terrible! The female technician separated my skin/cuticle away from the nail bed on both my big toes, along the sides. My toes were in a lot of pain for several days, I couldn't sleep with a sheet or blanket because it would cause pain. I poured rubbing alcohol on my toes the same day, which is probably why I haven't developed an infection. I asked to have a gel overlay on my naturals nails, which they don't do (they're limited to shellac), but I turned down all their manicure services after receiving such a painful pedicure. Read Less

This was only my second time getting my nails done and it was a treat to myself. The first time I went to the Fox Run Mall and it took an hour and a half, one broke a week or so later, and another my cuticle/fingernail got infected so I had to go to the doctors for that. So this was a second try, due to prom coming up. Never judge a book by it's cover. I was skeptical when I first walked in due to the sign being chipped and a few corners chipped, but I stayed anyway. I got there around 6:30, and the place was packed, each employee had 3-4 clients and they were all helping each other. Two girls left without paying which created even more havoc, I understood and sat patiently. After sitting for ten minutes, I got asked what I would like and I told them acrylic french tips. They gave me the sparkly acrylics, which I was fine with. I was seated at the table by 7:20 which was 10 minutes before they closed, but I was the last customer so they let me stay. It took him 45 minutes to do my nails, however they were extremely friendly and their kids were pleasant too. I had gotten a ripped cuticle a few days ago causing a cut to be underneath my nail on my finger, he avoided this with ease.. When my dad had come in to see how the process was going, he said 10 minutes and I was out before then. It took shorter than expected due to my only salon experience. They look amazing and they were all very sweet. I gave him a 10 dollar tip due to the overtime he had done to make sure my nails were finished correctly.
