Read reviews and wanted to try for myself.  I wish I could not even give it one star.  I did not call and it is noted Walk-Ins Welcome right on the door.  It was a Friday at 12:15 there was no one at the front desk and I was not greeted at all by the manicurist who was working on 1 customer.  After waiting 5 minutes I was greeted by a male who said "checking in" I said yes, and he walked over to the front desk, I then told him this was my first time here and did not call.  "He said well we are booked and the next opening is not until 4:00 and pretty much was done with me. At this point I was reading how unprofessional he was. He did not even try to offer me the 4:00 opening and take my name.  I walked out and went to my car thinking of going back in but then he came out the door and started smoking a cigarette.  Will never go back there and will be sure to let my social circle know about this place. My nail tech was a doof. He cut me twice! Took him almost an hour and a half to do a set of acrylics. They’re nails dryers suck too. I kept having to push the button on the $20 Walmart nail dryer on a big kitchen table. Not a fan. Won’t be returning. Read Less

Best nail salon I have been to on the seacoast. Traveled 23 minutes just to get here and it was well worth it. Large, clean salon with many workstations. Gel manis and pedis came out beautifully. Employees well very friendly, professional, and skilled at their craft. Will be back again. Read Less

I always get the best pedicures here! They don't rush through the massage & it is so relaxing. I've moved an hour away but still come back when I get the chance because it is such a good experience. They are so clean & so nice here! Read Less

I've been coming here for just over 6 months now and though it's a bit over priced I'd say it's worth it. There's a couple people who I wouldn't recommend but mostly everyone there takes the time to make sure your nails are exactly how you want them shape, color, and length wise. Just came back from a wonderful aromatherapy pedicure. I was taken exactly at my appointment time and ushered into the pedicure area. If you've never had this type of pedi, please book one now. They slather your feet and legs with fragrant exfoliants and lotions and encase your feet in paraffin wax with warm booties. Relaxing music is playing and my tech didn't speak unless I spoke to her. I have been going to Kim at Luxe Nails for over a year and I have never left the salon unhappy. The salon is extremely professional, clean, well-kept, and it's also quiet and relaxing. It's very well set up with the pedicures on a separate side and the manicures on the other. If you're anything like me, you know that some nail places have glaring fluorescent lights that make it anything but relaxing. Luxe Nails is very naturally lit and the noise level is very minimal, in order to fully get the relaxation you want. I highly recommend SUSIE and Luxe. This nail salon isn't like your average "pick a color, pick a color" walk in place. When I called, the receptionist clearly let me know of the next opening, just an hour later. Inside was a reception/nail drying area where I was greeted and waited just a few minutes for my manicurist. The room is calling and serene with no TVs blaring. My manicurist, SUSIE, was personable and professional and did a great job on my acrylic fill. They've never been this thin and natural before and look just like a shellac manicure and the price was $25, just about what I was paying in a not so pleasant, rushed, loud atmosphere. They may do an amazing gob on nails, but their eyelash extension leaves a LOT to be desired. The technician was very sweet but my natural look eyelashes were almost nonexistent and even though I babied them in order to have them last a little longer they all fell off in 6 day's. I called 1 day after to let the manager know how UNDERWHELMED I was with the service and he stated "this is how it is done ,25 lashes per eye for natural look and sorry I can not help you" I stated I would not be back and he said "OK" Great way to do business !!!! Honestly best nail experience I've ever had. I get my nails done every two weeks, and have for years now, at so many different places, & Luxe was by far the best. A lil on the pricey side, compared to most salons, but worth every penny! I got an acrylic fill with gel, a regular pedi, and my eyebrows waxed. The gel fill turned out perfect, the pedi was so relaxing and well done (I can't stop touching my feet, they are so soft! They really took their time), and I normally get my eyebrows threaded because it's usually a better turnout, but this is the best my brows have ever looked! The total was $85 and I left a $30 tip. Warning! They don't allow tips on credit cards, so make sure you have some cash on you! Will be back in two-three weeks for a fill! Curious how long this pedi lasts! Read Less

This place is awesome, its SO clean, they sterilize everything, they do not reuse the files on the tools from person to person, i got the gel dip and they last FOREVER and everyone does a consistent good job, I haven't had the same person yet and i love them every time! Read Less

I just love the relaxed spa setting with dimmed lightning and relaxing music. The prices are very reasonable and the woman who did my mani/pedi was very nice and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who's unhappy with their current nail salon. Read Less
