Tina and her mom are very attentive. I have been toMany places in town for a pedicure and this is definitely hands down the best place  in the area . I was going to say for the price but no matter what the price it is excellent. Very warm and welcoming. I have actually brought a few different people and they were all happy with the service . $15 for a polish change and $40 for a pedicure WITHOUT a massage. Such a ripoff and 1/2 my nails have a top coat. The woman put the tiniest bit of lotion on my hands THEN WIPED IT OFF! My friend got a pedicure and the woman put the hot stones on her legs after she polished her toes. She didn't even put them on her feet! Absolutely never coming back. Read Less

Very nice staff and clean environment. The moment I sat down they put massage chair on for me, they are in great condition. They also brought me over water. The pedi is spa pedicure( sugar/salt rub, oils, hot stones)and they take awhile, which is a treat. While I was getting pedi done they started on my mani in the chair so by the tome I sat down I just needed them painted and a quick massage.Only downfall is they prefer cash or check. Also it's difficult to divide up tip since I had 3 people working on me. Overall I'll go back again and see how it goes the next few months. Read Less

I am soo happy i discovered this place! Had a full set manicure and pedicure. Tina and her daughters are amazing, so sweet, and they really care about their customer's happiness! A diamond! Bring cash and make an appt. They did my manicure as they did the pedicure. The time saving was amazing! The pedicure was awesome, they scrubbed my feet, massaged, and worked out some kinks. Hot stone! Need I say more... Problem not. My hands are perfect, gel. They didn't miss a spot. Just perfect. They have 3 pedi chairs and 4 Mani chairs. If you forgot cash they'res a BOA in the same plaza. You owe yourself a visit!!! Read Less

OK, I'm going to start this review by saying I'm NOT easily pleased.I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years, used to do acrylics and now I do gel.  This was one of the best mani/pedis I've ever had.I called to make an appointment, they told me I could come in within the hour! Score!Pedicure started first, which was FANTASTIC.  Some places will use a cheese grater, or a pumice bar, or a foot scrub, they used all three!  Polish job was fantastic and extremely thorough, she checked each nail after painting.  After the polish was done I got an oil massage, with reflexology, AND hot stones.  Absolutely amazing!While I was getting my pedicure she asked if she could start on my nails - sure thing!  Again, super thorough, checking each nail after polishing.  The little things matter a lot here, when I sat down they brought a bottle of water over to me, and gave me a wrapped pillow to sit with.  Asked every step of the way if I liked the color/paint job.  One thing to point out - they prefer cash/check kind of a downer for me.  But another high point - they give you a frequent customer card!! The worst nail salon that I have ever been to in or out of town. They were not busy. There were 3 employees which rotated 3 guest. As if they all couldn't do A FULL Mani and pedi. I could not get an appointment at my usual place so I looked around online and happened upon Tina Tran Nail Salon. I called to make an appointment and was told to come right in. The salon is so cute and it is extremely clean. Tina and her partner gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. The hot stones are amazing and usually cost extra elsewhere but it was part of their normal pedicure routine. I found a new spot and I won't be going anywhere else again! Thank you!! Read Less

I really hate to do this but my service today was horrendous and painful and now have to get redone and spend more money.Before I go complaining about the service I want to say how friendly Tina and her mom are. The actual salon is gorgeous and extremely clean. I really thought I found my new spot until my nails were done. A gentleman nail tech took me for a basic manicure with gel nail polish. I had my nails clean no nail polish and cut short (prior to coming in for services) and it took 55 minutes for this service that should have been about 35 minutes. The whole cuticle cutting was also very painful and I was just trying to be positive and not try to complain. My nails were filed unevenly and sharp at some areas and thats the only thing I asked kindly for the gentleman to fix one finger at the minimum which I think he got mad and called over the mom and Tina and was speaking their language. I decided to keep quiet until the end after that.I now have nail polish out of my nail area (on all nails) with a lot cuticles hanging and one finger bleeding. Just a bad experience and in complete pain. Tina came to check on my at the end and you would think she would comp the services but didn't offer nor did I ask. I still tipped the gentleman for his services. Tina then came over and said "next time I will do your nails I hope you come back" & gave me a $5 off card. Not sure I will be back, I really want to give them another chance but I see my hands and I cannot believe they he did such a bad job. Read Less

I walked in for a pedi on Mother's Day and had the best treatment I've ever had! The spa is scrupulously clean and comfortable, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. And I never had an all-encompassing pedi before: hot rock treatment, massage that didn't hurt, but relaxed your foot. All in an hour. Another plus in my eyes. I get it done but I don't really enjoy hanging around being pampered. I was totally pampered and treated and I was in and out in an hour. I won't go anywhere else now that I've found Tina! Read Less

I wanted to get a pedicure for myself and my best friend on Sunday. We checked around and all places seemed to be closed. On my way home, we drove by the plaza Tina Tran Nail Spa is located in. We checked if it was open, and it was! We went in and didn't have to wait long at all to get a wonderful pedicure with a hot stone massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the store was very clean. We had a wonderful morning getting our nails done. Thank you very much Tina! The shop doesn't show up in Google searches for pedicures, so we had no idea about it until we drove by. Pedicure w/ hot stone and leg/food massage and flower decoration on big toes $45.
