This place is amazing!!! We came for mani/pedis before my wedding and they went above and beyond and made me feel so super special!!!My bridal party was very small...my mother, my aunts, my Maid of Honor and myself. They set up a table in the middle of the room with flowers, balloons, champagne, watermelon, grapes, and cookies and it was just so thoughtful!!We did the spa pedicure where we all choose a different herbal blend and they do a mask on your legs and then massages and the works! It was truly amazing. I had Julie taking care of me for both my mani and pedi and she was fantastic! She even suggested I get a gel manicure and it was one of the best decisions ever!!! We went to Ten Natural Nails for the first time today. I have to say it was really fantastic. The place has a great set up and was very clean. The nail technicians were great at their job and were really friendly. I highly recommend this place for pedicures. They had an incredible selection of herbal options for spa pedicures. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and absolutely loved it until today. I waited for over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before they took me. I got a dip powder manicure and the owner, Vivian Le, rushed through the entire thing. She didn't soak my cuticles or trim them at all, instead she used the nail drill to file them down. Then when she was using the nail drill to file the dip powder down, she cut two of my fingers pretty bad. She barely apologized and quickly tried to stop the bleeding. My fingers continued to bleed throughout the rest of the manicure and she didn't say or do anything about it. I completely understand mistakes happen, but if you injure a customer, you shouldn't expect them to pay full price for the service or should try to make things right somehow.I showed her my nails and explained why I didn't want to pay full price, but she only took $5 off the normally $35 price. There was a line behind me and I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid the $30 and left. About 10 minutes later I decided to go back and ask for a refund because my nails were STILL bleeding and on top of that they looked terrible. She tried to downplay what happened and say the bleeding would stop soon. She refused to refund me the full amount and only offered a $10 refund. At this point I just wanted to leave so I said fine. She then tried to give me a gift certificate for $10, but when I told her I wanted my actual money because I wouldn't ever be coming be back she did give me my $10. This was the worst nail experience of my life and I won't ever be going back here again.Update: I went back the next day and the owner refunded me my $20 with no issue and was very polite about it. The worst place ever.I was driving by in nh and I was like this place looks fancy let me go in.All new and nice inside but it's all about money not service they just want to get your nails done and you leave .The minute I left I didn't like how my nails looked after I left they use cheap nail polish I went the next day to tell them how I wasn't happy with the color and that I paid so much I deserve a good service they told me to come back the next day .I went back the next day and they told me to wait and I kept waiting and waiting till  I left .obviously they didn't care they got their money and didn't want to to do a service for free but they lost a customer and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Read Less

I came in to get a pedi and gel mani for a wedding because my boyfriends mom has been here before. I am always very particular about my nails because I do them well myself so if I'm to pay for those services, I expect them to be perfect. I always explain how I want my nails and I'm usually quite satisfied. My toes were ok but I was covered in nail polish and my feet were still rough after I got home. My nails however, done by the owner, were completely awful. I showed the tech my nails from my last mani and said I wanted them exactly the same and very square. Not only were my nails hacked way shorter than necessary and specified, the French tips were crooked and not at all square. I even had to point out an obviously diagonal nail on my ring figure and ask her to make it straight. Aside from all of this, now it is not even a week later and not only did she not get close enough to my cuticle with the gel that I will already need them done again already, but they have also discolored horribly and have chipped twice. I will never go back to this salon and would recommend researching some of the surrounding salons. Read Less

Came here out of desperate need for a pedicure since the place I go had no appointments. I went last week and my shellac is already lifting because the girl rushed it. From the moment I walked in, I had a terrible experience. After being told the wait was 15 minutes, I waited for over an hour. The guy kept taking other clients (without appointments) over me. I chose an OPI color for my toes and asked if they had the matching gel color for my nails. Instead of matching it by name (which is NOT hard), the guy handed me the box with ALL the swatches and said "find it yourself, it's hard to keep up with all the names." I just went to the back with all the gel nail polish bottles and found my color almost immediately. FINALLY I get a pedicure, it was OK, the woman seemed to be rushing, and she DEFINITELY rushed through my nails because here I am just about a week later and my shellac is already lifting. Overall, the man was extremely rude and unaccommodating. The rest of the staff was nice, but did not do the best job. If i hadn't had a gift card here, I would have never gone. A friend brought me here after she had gels done a few times, but I was getting a full set. Overall, prices were very reasonable and the new salon was very beautiful and clean. Lots of chairs. While I loved my technician, he was very rushed while doing my full set. The acrylics don't look awful, but they do not cover the whole nail bed. Three days and it already looks like I've had them on for a week or two. The sides of the acrylics are pretty brutal and the tips were not properly sized for my thumbs. Will not be back. Read Less

Went and got a pedicure with my stepmom and sister. The girls did a great job, the chairs were great and the experience was great. I did see quite a few fruit flies though, which was strange to me, since I heard this place was a very clean establishment, but maybe it's just today problem?Also, they don't take tips off the card, only cash, which I also found odd, I wish they did I bet the staff would get a lot more tips. I've been going here for years ( even before when they were across from babies R Us . May and Andy are always so kind . However , today - I had a pedi and gel mani and was not Happy at all. She was rushing to the point that it hurt , and then when we did my gel manicure , she rushed so much that she didn't buff my nails so there were bumps everywhere and the polish looks sloppy and to top it off - they did nothing about it !! I would like to say that Ten Natural nails is clean. I went in for a gel mani and a pedi. I heard this place was nice. About an hour after my appointment one of the nails chipped. I went back the next morning and they repaired it by filing the top of the nail, then filling it with more gel and top coat. It wasn't a half hour before it chipped again. I had a family wake and funeral the next two days so I couldn't return right away. I was bringing my granddaughter for a mani pedi and showed the owner how it chipped again. When my granddaughter was finished, I asked if they could remove the gel from that nail, ( I would have paid for it to be correct) and the owner said to sit at her seat and she proceeded to file/fill the chip again.  I explained how I was a first time customer, that I wanted to be happy with the service but I wouldn't be happy to keep returning to have this nail repaired and that would make me not want to return. I have tried a number of places in the Salem-Windham-Nashua area to have my nails done (acrylic). Hands down they do a phenomenal job. Besides the obvious growth with time, they still look fantastic. I honestly love the work they do here and haven't found a place that does such a clean and professional job on nails/toes.Downside is their customer service. I've been going there for 5 years now and they have always been quite rude. I feel because I'm younger they don't think I will tip as well (which I always tip nicely) and I still receive rude service. One visit one of the owners kept burning my hand very badly with the drill or acetone (No idea why it burned so bad) and they were giving me attitude.Last visit, they smudged my nails and told me to not smudge it because they didn't have time to fix it. I have been going to this salon since they opened. Andy & May have always been welcoming and very professional. I heard things over the years and normally think it was the customers over reacting because none of the issues ever happened with me. Until last week my Aunt had offered to treat for pedi's it had been awhile since ive had one. It started out great we all sat together, I had the same woman I had before she was slower than others but did a great job. As it starts we all decide to have spa pedicures on the board with $$ listed Spa ped $38.  So we agree everyone else gets started on theres and my girl was at her nail desk counting her tips. Finally she comes over skips a few steps that I had seen the girls get. Then im done. Finished before the other 2 and I started 10 mins later. I pointed out all the dry skin still on my feet as even I came in. She just nodded and sd do u lotion? Really did u do a proper pedi? As Andy hears he doea his fast talking about did I come in with it. Yes that's why I got the spa pedi. I was told it wld help. Plus she cut me. No apologies no discount faked like nothing was happening and then Andy says no the spa pedi is $40.I thought u new that it is clearly marked $38.. Unlike the other reviewer I have been going to this salon for over 7 years, they are so considerate to all of the clientele and bend over backwards. If she had an issue they would have fixed it. I have pink and white and I used to travel 60 miles to come here because I have yet to find someone who will listen to me and give me the nails i want. Went here for the first time recently and got my first shellac UV manicure.I should have known something was up when two other manicurists watched like a hawk as the woman that did my nails went through the shellac process, and she asked them many questions.The result?
