Dear Owner of Bien Soigne,Yesterday I had an unpleasant experience at your facility and wanted the opportunity to explain what happened and my feelings about it. I had the package with a European Facial/Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure. I added a wash/cut/blow dry.When I arrived I was asked if I wanted a natural manicure or shellac. I answered shellac as I am traveling for the next week. I was told that they had to switch my schedule around as the person who was doing my manicure does not do shellac. I had no issue with this.So first the pedicure. There was nothing "deluxe" about this. The foot massage part was short and not very good. Then when it came time for polish, the technician used a bottle of polish that was almost empty. She had a difficult time getting it out of the bottle and as you know it is think and goopy at this point and hard to put on evenly. I actually suggested adding some remover to thin it down a bit, which she did. The results were not great, edges were missed with the polish and the pink part is streaky. I'm very unhappy with how they look. For the money spent, I think when a bottle gets that low and difficult to use, a new one should be opened.Then I went for my European Facial. It was just "ok" My understanding is that it should be an hour. It started at 2 and I was out of the room by 2:45. I felt that I was left in the room to change for an excessive amount of time, then rushed because the technician for my manicure was fitting me in and needed me right at 3.They took me for my haircut first, in error, so after I was shampooed and ready to start the cut, someone came over and told me that the technician could do shellac, but did not have time for French and the manicure needed to be quick. So I sat there with dripping wet hair, picked a pink color and had the manicure. $34 for a shellac manicure and it is rushed? Unacceptable. Last is the cut. Basically I like the cut but when I got home I noticed that there was a section on the back of the left side that hung down lower. This was confirmed by my husband. I wet that section and sure enough I had to trim off a clump that was clearly missed and was longer than the rest. After spending $40 and a tip I should not have to go home and fix it myself. I am very disappointed with my "spa" day which was suppose to be a Mothers Day treat from my husband. I was confused and stressed from the moment I walked in. I spent $226 at your spa yesterday and had high expectations for a pleasant, relaxing experience. Usually when I leave after spa treatments I feel relaxed and happy. Instead I felt anxious, stresses and kind of sad. In May of 2016 I booked a spa package with massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I was very happy with everything that day, which was the reason I returned this year. Unfortunately after yesterday's experience, I will not be returning nor will I be recommending your spa to anyone. Sincerely,Gail LaddPS.... I sent this letter to the owner one day after my services.
