The white lady that was doing my nails nicked my finger while taking the top coat off of my shellac. When I said hey, you just nicked my finger she sneered, "Well do you want to wait and go to another person or do you want me to keep going? I have another client to see anyway." I said that I just don't want you to cut my finger again, so if that means I need to go to someone else then I guess I'll go somewhere else. Went for a lemon aromatherapy pedicure yesterday. I got right in. The lady who did my pedicure was fast and rough, not relaxing at all. I didn't want to give her a tip, but I did anyways because I felt bad. Not worth the $40, I won't be going back! Read Less

Do NOT go here. I'm serious. I just went here for a gel manicure and waxing and this incredibly rude woman named Hilary completely destroyed my eyebrows. She's a really big woman with curly brown hair-if you do make the mistake of going here do NOT let this hack work on you. What she did to my eyebrows was so bad everyone in the salon including the other girls who worked there were like "oh no!" They all felt bad for me. Hilary was so rude after she ruined one of my eyebrows she said "well if you don't like it you can go next door" and I so I tried to let her match the eyebrows but she had messed them up so much she couldn't fix them and she gave up and walked out on fixing them! The owner was actually really nice to me and if I get confirmation Hillary has been fired I will take down this review because it's not really fair to let one horrible woman earn a business a one star review. I went directly to another salon after and it was so embarrassing right when I walked in they said "what happened to your brow?!" they said they couldn't fix them so then I went to ulta and spent like $30 on the worlds best eyebrow kit. Sign in at 11:10 I am told it will be 30 minutes, okay!! I walk around and come back 15 minutes later sit and wait another 20 minutes...4 new people waiting...all 4 taken before me so I say something and I am told they have appointment which is a lie because 3 of them were together and they asked me how long I had been waiting , wondering how long it would be before they would get in and their names were after mine in the book. Honesty is a big part of business...learn it!!! You screwed up, apologize and move on. Nothing worse than waiting 40 minutes after being told 30 minutes and watching others get taken in before you. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. Had gone in for a mani pedi. While one girl gave me the pedicure, another came over and began doing my nails. Keep in mind, I'm sitting in the chair soaking my feet and am expected to reach my left hand across my body to my right - how uncomfortable. While one girl is massaging my leg, the other massaged my arm. Not at all enjoyable or relaxing, in fact there was only one other patron and she verbalized " you cant be enjoying that". I made a statement "you must be in a hurry"......one girl replied, no, I'm just bored. Aside from the sense of no enjoyment, I had to clean under my fingernails myself, she used clear coat instead of nail polish on my fingers and didn't file the nails to the same size. While I was under the foot dryer, another technician kept staring at me, perhaps because I was verbalizing discontent? A gentleman technician? kept sneezing ungraciously loud...........wish I had not gone in and spend $48 on misery. I will not go back!!! Read Less

Although the staff was nice, the shop was disgusting.  I honestly don't know how they haven't been shut down. The girl didn't even sanitize the files, ANY OF THEM. The entire salon was covered in a layer of nail dust, she never even wiped off her station before I sat down.  There were black handprint stains on the station,  where the uv light is for drying. And unfortunately the nail painting was so poorly done I left and had them repainted. It may be 25. Bucks but it wasn't worth 5.  I would never suggest this place to anyone.  And if I had the state board # I'd report them. At least clean!!!! Read Less

I'm all done! Three visits with an appointment with Mr. T and three visits kept waiting. First time 15 minutes, the second time 45 minutes ( I know what did I stick around for!?) this last time when I called for an appointment I asked the recpetionist to please note beside my name I would not wait, and explained why I wanted it noted. Arrived Mr T acknowleged me sitting in the salon, he was with a customer, came and looked at the appointment book and walked by me saying it would be  few minutes. I waited a five more minutes and walked. I must say he does do a great job, my fills last three weeks, just not worth the wait. Time is money.  I went to Regal because I'm in that direction everyother week or so. time to find someplace local. Read Less
