Can I just say what an absolute shit place to get your nails done this place is, went in polite as. An be to be spoken to with no manors , once the ignorant woman had finished my nails she left me in the corner of the room for my nails to dry, which she smudged and wouldn’t fix , not to mention making me pay before they even started.. yet everyone else in the salon paid once they’d Finished. I honestly will not and I repeat will not be going back to this pile of shit should be closed down

Worst place to get your nails done at! I had them done by a man who clearly did not know what he was doing as my nails were so horrifically wonky I had to come back to get them sorted. Less than 24 hours after I had them done the plastic chipped just after me knocking the nail slightly whilst driving, so I had to return for a second time to get that sorted. Both times I didn’t receive an apology and I was given attitude. If I wanted a trainee to do my nails I would have paid trainee price. Avoid this diabolical place if you actually want your nails done well.

Daughter and friends nails AWFUL!!!! Uneven file,mis shapen,came off in 9 days!! Terrible paint work,rough surface!! Continuously slapped my daughter across her fingers if she slightly moved one...OUT...

Wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Both myself and my daughter had our nails done here and I lost 2 nails within a week and my daughter lost one and hers were uneven Hense had to pay to get them...

I have been going to Princess Nails for years, i usually love it, however this time was different. I sat in front of someone new, and at the beginning she seemed nice, however she became agitated when I was unsure on the length i wanted, or when I asked her to trim them. When she pushed my cuticles back she cut me and i complained of it hurting multiple times, however she continued. When i asked her politely to test some colours for me she became irritated and rude, replying "no". I did not get the matt top coat I wanted, and was left sitting at the dryers for ages even though I asked employees to check if my nails were dry. The acrylic was stuck all over my fingers and the nail varnish too was untidy. Usually I love this place, however I am hugely disappointed.

The best for nails! I've had several sets of acrylics and also transferred over to Shellac and they've always done a perfect job. I'm super fussy with my nails and I've been to other places where they haven't got them quite right or straight up made a mess of my nails. But never at Princess Nails & Spa.

Can I just say what an absolute shit place to get your nails done this place is, went in polite as. Worst place to get your nails done at! I had them done by a man who clearly did not know what he was doing as my nails were so horrifically wonky I had to come back to get them sorted. I have been going to Princess Nails for years, i usually love it, however this time was different.
