I just moved from Massachusetts and have been going to nail salons located in and around the Boston area for at least 20 years. Healing Hand's differentiates themselves in several ways. I felt comfortable the first time I went there. The women that work there are upbeat and personable. They are creative and willing to go out of their comfort zone to make you happy. The vibe there is positive and I look forward to going back again. Misty, who is the proud owner of the salon sold me on trying dipping my nails. I am excited to try that the next time I have my nails done!

This is the best place to have your nails done or get a pedicure or have reflexology. I have been a customer of Misty and now her daughter Jade for 15 years. I am diabetic and I won't let anyone else touch my feet. They are conscientious and knowledgeable and keep my feet healthy.

My niece went to get her nails done the day before her prom. She paid out of her own pocket to have these done, and by the day of prom had to go back and have one of them fixed. It is now 4 days later...
My niece went to get her nails done the day before her prom. She paid out of her own pocket to have these done, and by the day of prom had to go back and have one of them fixed. It is now 4 days later (the first day the salon is open after prom), and they can't even fit her in to have them removed!! Poor customer service and poor quality.

My niece went to get her nails done the day before prom. She had to go back the day of prom to have one of them fixed. It is now Tuesday (4 days after they were done), and 4+ nails have now broken/fallen off. When called to see when she could have them fixed or removed, they suddenly weren't available until Thursday. My niece paid with her own money to have this done. I will NEVER use them or recommend them.

I just moved from Massachusetts and have been going to nail salons located in and around the Boston area for at least 20 years. Healing Hand's differentiates themselves in several ways. I felt comfortable the first time I went there. The women that work there are upbeat and personable. They are creative and willing to go out of their comfort zone to make you happy. The vibe there is positive and I look forward to going back again. Misty, who is the proud owner of the salon sold me on trying dipping my nails. I am excited to try that the next time I have my nails done!
