I really don't usually post a crappy review but I use to come here often when I lived locally but after coming here today im very upset with the service I received, I will not be returning. It was a quiet rainy Monday me and one other customer. The lady doing my nails started talking to her friend, whatever but the talking continued all throughout my service. I came here to relax not be treated like i was non-existent. They were talking so much my nails took so long to do and i was way over charged for the service I received. Overall my nails came out nicely but there's a time and place to talk and laugh with friends but when you are dealing with a customer, work is not one of those places. Read Less

I'm not one to complain about nail places because these people usually take their time to do your nails, which you should be thankful for, but they did not take their time AT ALL. First off, I called ahead because my friend and I both wanted to get acrylics and I wanted to make sure they had two openings, which they said they did. We got there and ended up waiting 30 mins before even getting started, which is when they did my nails and then didn't start my friends nails until mine were done. We ended up being there for almost 3 hours, which could've been less than an hour. During the time of being there, the girl was so rough with my hands and even hit them sometimes to get me to put them in the light lamp. She rushed so much on my nails and even ended up cutting me, but didn't seem to mind. My acrylics didn't turn out well. They're all different shapes and one is even pointing up. Probably the worst manicure and pedicure I've gotten in a while. My mom and I wanted a nice treat while she was in town and we got anything but that. I'm coming off a broken big toe and it's fine normally, but harsh movements can make it a little sore. As much as I warned the girl over and over again to be gentle, she wasn't. Her very first action when I sat down was to grab that toe and pull my foot towards her. After being very upset, I thought she would figure it out, but no, she continued to be incredibly rough. She was probably more rough on that toe than any other and I couldn't understand why she wouldn't stop. I had a different girl for my fill and that went just as bad. She started by insulting my nails and telling me she had to take them off because they were so bad... yet somehow, the end result was so much worse than what I walked in with. She left acrylic crud around every one of my nails that I had to clean off, the paint job was terrible and not at all what I wanted it to look like and then the next day, one of my nails broke!! To top the entire experience off, my mom is allergic to aloe and when they put something on her that gave her a bad reaction, she was soooo slow in taking it off and then got mad snatching every product away from her telling her she can't have any massage because she's allergic to them. It was the worst experience at a nail salon ever and I was I could tell every person who's thinking about going there to save their time and money because a home mani/pedi experience is better than this horrible place. I've given this place 2 chances since I live in the area and the other nail salons aren't very good either. I wanted matte nude coffin nails with lots of gold designs and details. Showed a pic of what I wanted even. And a child could've done my nails better. Was charged $55 for a fill in. On top of it, I brought my daughter and she wanted black nails with lots of glitter, the lady painted them with a bunch of green and white polka dots?! Was so upset I didn't know what to say, I'm too nice to say something in person in fear of sounding mean...so I left and called back about it and all I wanted was just at least half my money back and for them to take the gel off and I'd do them myself at home. She came out the door when I returned and basically shoed me away with a twenty dollar bill and said I can take them off myself with acetone at home. I'm sure most know how hard that really is. Went there twice for pedicure, first time I got an "okay" pedicure, but it chipped the next day so I went back in and they fixed it. I decided to go there again and give them the second chance... NEVER again!!!! My the technician was cutting my cuticle with skin, cut me to blood, she was trying to get so deep so it hurt very much. I tell her to stop but she won't listen and just continue doing her thing. It was the WORST experience EVER and I ended up with an infected toe! I will never come back again. Read Less

Different girls my nails and pedicures for each time. They are FABULOUS. They make recommendations for nail color which is very trendy in my style. They are also very sweet and always make me feel like I am her only client. The owner is great and treats the women with great respect. I highly recommend this nails painted! Read Less

Good prices, friendly staff! I've gotten a gel set here as well as a number of fills. I highly recommend Jen and Lee. The pedis are great too. But sometimes I feel like they pressure you to do a French tip for that extra $5. Annoying but definitely not a reason to not go here. I've always received great service. Read Less

I have been to Nail Time several times. Saturday the 16 th was my last visit.  I had a friend visiting and we wanted to get a mani and a pedi.  I called to make an appt. Got the machine and left a message.  Never got a return call.  Called again made the appt for 12 noon; two mani two pedi, one being a gel. This was over a week out. Called morning of to confirm that I had one as a gel mani. Upon arrival we waited 15 before being sat.  One of the nail techs said oh you come here many times. Yes, I did. After 30 min of sitting waiting, with our feet in water we realized we didn't have time for both.  We went to manicure chairs and started manicures. The tech explained bc of prom they were busy. Only 3 customers were of prom age, and I made an appt. If they were going to make us wait they should have explained that before seating and then ignoring us. The tech then filed off the shellac vs leaving the acetone on long enough. Starting cutting my nails off without asking what length to trim to.  All the while looking around and not paying attention to the hand she was working on. I opted to have the manicure stopped.  Then was still charged 13. For removal of polish and told had I had polish it would of been 18. There is a price board and given she knew I was a frequent customer I don't feel I should of been charged.  My guest did have a regular manicure, which was very sloppy. She left with polish on her skin and a few nails weren't fully coated.  Such a dissapointing experience. Now I need to find a new place for my regular manicures. Read Less

My friend and I made manicure and pedicure appointments 3 days prior to our appointment and we arrived 5 minutes early.   After 15 minutes of waiting we were finally brought to the pedicure chairs where we continued to wait for 30 minutes.  I understand that nail salons get busy, however, please have the courtesy to let us know it's going to be a 45 min wait rather than just ignore us while we sit at the pedicure chairs.   We never ended up getting pedicures because we didn't have enough time so we went right over to the manicure station.   The manicure was sloppy and I left with polish on my skin around the nails.  Not a pleasant experience and I will never go back. I'm from out of town and needed to get a quick manicure. I stopped at Bliss 360 first, but they were full and actually recommended Nail Time.I was able to get an appointment in 30 mins. The techs were nice, the salon was sterile and it was one of the best manicures I've ever had. I lucked out by finding this place! Read Less

I used to go here, then switched to another place because it was always too busy. Just a week ago my regular place was too busy so I went back to nail time for a full set. Crappiest set if nails I have ever had. Apparently if you don't want the "gel nails", they just do a crappy job with acrylic to make you think you need gel. Not to mention the owner was down right rude, and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Within 3 days, 4 of my nails had broke and 2 came off. Went to get them fixed- which they did without question, but again, the owner who did them for me was rude and I honestly couldn't wait to leave... 2 days later 2 more if my nails broke. And I just decided to go to Fashion Nails to fix them because I didn't want to waste my time at Nail Time again... I would never recommend this place. They just want your money. My nails bubbled while they drying them. They tried to fix it by applying acetone but they bubbled again once under the light. They were not apologetic nor compassionate about the situation. When I got home and inspected my pedicure I noticed that a few area were completely missed. I think they do sloppy work. Read Less
