DO NOT GO HERE! OVER PRICED, DO A BAD JOB, DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You will not believe what happened to me here! I have been going here for a wile now and over time I have noticed that there are two owners a man and a woman also there daughter works here. In the past I noticed that the mother and daughter always have attitude and watching them do others nails they do not put half as much effort into the experience of the guest as the other employees do. Today the wife/owner did my nails and I was completely blown away by the horrendous service. They advertise $40 for a manicure & pedicure, I walked in she was the one that was available and asked me what I wanted.. I told her I wanted the special. Different from past service she did not put any lotion on my legs, did not rub my feet, did not exfoliate the skin and in general was unhappy. She tried to start painting my toes when I had said "there is still old nail polish on the edges of my toes can you remove that before painting them? She was agitated to have to remove the visible old polish.. then painted my toes and the french was painted on in a angle. She said "its going to be $30 for your toes and $40 for your nails." After she said that I thought to myself $70??how did a 40 special turn to 70 but this same thing has happened before. The prices for the same thing is always from each time to another and are completely different than advertised.She began my manicure not soaking my hands in cuticle solution to remove the dead skin, she didnt do anything as they have in the past..again leaving previous polish visible, she said RUDELY "YOU DID THIS YOURSELF?! DONT PAINT THEM AGAIN!" doing the shellac she didnt let a cote dry before putting another on which worried me but the experience was so uncomfortable I was ready to get out of there. When she told me the total $70 I said "the special is $40 for a mani & pedi why is it 70?" she said "french extra 5$ &shellac extra $10" i said "ok so that is $55? I always give good tips of 15+dollars but your simply over charging me" "She said "$65!" i wasnt going to argue. THE NEXT DAY LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF HAVING MY NAILS DONE THE SHELLAC WAS PEALING OFF & CHIPPED. The next day 1st think in the am when they opened I walk in and THIS BLEW ME AWAY!.. SHE SAID "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" I SAID "YESTERDAY WHEN YOU DID MY TOES YOU DIDNT EXFOLIATE MY SKIN YOU DIDNT REMOVE ALL THE POLISH I CAN STILL SEE IT ALL OVER MY TOE NAILS OR DO ANYTHING AS HOW THIS PLACE NORMALLY DOES FOR EITHER THE PEDI OR MANI AND BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LET THE SHELLAC CURE NOW ITS PEALING ALL OFF AND IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A DAY" SHE SAID "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" I SAID "I WOULD LIKE THEM BOTH RE DONE" SHE GIGGLED AND ROLLED HER EYES.. I SAID IF ITS A PROBLEM THAN I WOULD JUST LIKE MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL DO IT RIGHT. SHE SAID "HAH! NO YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. WE WORK HARD AND THEN YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?! I DONT THINK SO HONEY! (seriously) SHE SAID BLUNTLY NOTHINGS FOR FREE! I WILL TAKE OFF THE POLISH AND SHELLAC, PICK OUT A COLOR AND I WILL ONLY REPAINT THEM FOR $40!" I SAID "NO I WANT YOU TO REDO WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU $80 FOR. IF YOU JUST HAD DONE IT CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULDNT NEED YOU TO REDO THEM TODAY. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY TO AND I WANT TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. SHE SAID " I WILL ONLY REDO YOUR HANDS." SHE WAS YELLING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE WHEN REDOING THEM . THEY WERE REDONE AGAIN WITH HALF EFFORT AND ARE AGAIN PEALING. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE YOU TO NOT EITHER! Read Less

Not an impressive experience. I got a Regular manicure. Sloppy paint job. No soaking of the cuticles before trimming them. No lotion before painting. It still wasn't dry 3 hours later and I have some nice smudges as a result. Read Less

Paraffin Wax and scrub pedi! My alligator feet needed some TLC! $50 for option 3 of the pedi menu.Not sure if the amt of time has to do with the number of people but I was there relaxing for a few hours. It was nice. This salon does not provide plastic liners for their foot baths. The staff rudely explained that they disinfect the tubs but I don't trust it. The two women sitting on either side of me both have terrible fungal infections on their toes. I don't see anyone taking extra precautions to avoid passing this to other customers in the future. Also my grandmother was receiving a manicure here and the man helping her was extremely rude and off putting. We will not be back again. Read Less

Always a great experience here. Nancy and her husband have owned it for years, and really maintain a nice, clean salon, which is hard to find.  They have more shellac colors then any place around, which is a huge plus because I love to switch it up.  Love the multiple pedicure options like reflexology and hot wax.  They even have pedicure chairs just for kids, with iPads to keep them entertained!  My daughter just turned three, and I can't wait to bring her in with me.  If you are looking for a fast, convenient, CLEAN nail salon, Fashion Nails is for you!
