Nails 2000 is always an enjoyable experience but yesterday was the BEST! A lovely gal, Haley, gave me the best mani-pedi that I have ever had. She was not only very attentive and efficient but her personality was entertaining. It was a delight and I'm thrilled to have a new favorite manicurist. I have been coming to this salon since 2015 following my favorite nail technician, Jen, and if she one day decided to change careers I would continue taking my business here. While it has always been a very relaxing environment they just renovated and it looks amazing; there are a few unique displays that I enjoy seeing when I walk in (you have to see what I mean for yourself!). Everyone who works there is super friendly and professional towards their customers and each other, and they are always so welcoming making me feel like family - I see the same treatment with all of their customers. Very fairly priced for the quality and service of their work, and they are always more than accommodating to work with my creative ideas. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and Hung us always willing to go out of his way to make sure your happy!I moved away and dont get there anymore due to distance but am thrilled that I am going tomorrow to have my nails done for my daughters wedding!  There is no better place! Stumbled upon this gem of a salon!  We called and made a reservation about 15 minutes ahead.  There were a lot of color selections.  Salon was decorated nicely and very clean.  Everyone, both customers and staff were personable and made us feel right at home.  I wish I lived here so I could come back! I used to come here with my mother years ago but due to having 3 kids some luxuries left my budget. This past Saturday I went for a manicure pedicure after probably 4-5 years and when I walked in they remembered my name said hello so happy to see me made me feel like a celebrity. This is my favorite nail salon in the Nashua area. The space is clean and cute, nicely updated. Their are birds on-site, colorful, and their singing adds an extra nice touch to the experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today I had Haley, she is funny and kept me entertained throughout my visit. Wish I could give this place negative stars!! My 2 teen daughters and I went for manis-pedis, they didn't sit us near each other. Even though there was plenty of room! Second the place stinks bc of those damn squawking birds! The place is dirty. Third my daughters and I felt like we were being talked about. They sit and talk in their native language which is NOT relaxing, and it's super RUDE! Forth I paid with a charge card for my daughters and myself. It was $160.00!!! We didn't even get acrylics just a regular manis The WORST part of our day was when the manicurist asked for a tip. I oh I have it in cash I'm going to my car to grab it... I told my daughters get in the car and stay there bc the manicurist chased me out the door! I had already paid for services there is NO way in hell I am paying for the horrid services we received! And to chase me out the door saying I NEED to tip??!! Well there's NO law stating I need to.What Nails 2000 NEEDS to do is get shut down! PLEAsE please find another salon! This is my favorite nail salon! The staff is so friendly and engaging. They do really nice work and their rates are excellent.  I have been going here for years and have been helped by many of the technicians. I have never been disappointed. I do not live in Nashua and have several salons near my home, but I am happy to travel farther to visit Hung and the ladies because I know I will be happy with the result. I love this place! I have been going here once a month for a year now. Everyone is extremely friendly, the employees are always laughing and joking. An inviting place to go. I will not go any where else.  I have never been cut, or smudge, never un even.  Anything  that I have ever asked to be fixed was done so with out complaint and it has always been because I accidently smudge myself, one time my gel nail cracked and I went back and it was fixed without charge, they even re-polished both my hands so that that the new nail polish  matched the week old nails.  I always get French gel manicure and I have never been disappointed.  If you go ask for Jen, Hailey, Helen or Han they are the best!!! I've been here a few times after being referred to by my sister, and it's better than anywhere else I have been in the area. I always get gel, and my nails always look healthy afterwards (which is a-typical for sure). Good conversation and everyone is always seemingly having fun. This was probably the worst manicure I have ever had.I decided to go here to get a French polish for a wedding I was attending later that day, as it was close to my hotel and seemed to have reasonable reviews, guess I should have read them more closely.Things started off well when I got seated right away and the lady was very friendly. She did a fine job of the filing but then cut my finger when doing the cuticle removal. Then comes the polish... She seemed very rushed, even though there were no customers waiting. She did a reasonable job with the white tips but whatever top coat she used was old and gloopy. There were tiny air bubbles in the polish when it dried (which unfortunately I didn't really notice until afterwards) and there were big blobs of polish here and there. I accidentally smudged one of my nails, and she didn't seem to mind fixing it but did a really sloppy job. After she was done she sat down with the other staff to get back to playing Candy Crush and never asked if I was happy with the manicure. When I looked closely at my nails later they just looked a mess and I could have done better myself. They also chipped within a day and it took forever to remove the polish when I got home!As for the other reviews saying that the place was really clean, I'd probably disagree, but then again I might be spoiled by the really strict health codes where I live in NC. They also have three cages full of birds, which at first I thought was cute, but then realized that the chirping was actually kind of annoying and the birds probably made the place unsanitary.In summary, I would never recommend or go back to this place and regret giving them my $20. I certainly shouldn't have tipped them even a couple of bucks. Read Less

I went with a friend last week and they seemed to be rushing through everything.  I got a mani and pedi and they started the mani at the mani table and finished it in the pedi chair.  Felt rushed even though no one was waiting.  I just got a regular mani but by the nights end the polish already started to wear away.  Pedi was ok but my feet were still dry even though I paid the 5 dollars for callous removal.  I've had much better service elsewhere where my feet are soft and smooth. My friend got acrylic nails with American French and they turned a weird tan-yellowish color on vacation.  It didn't look nice.  Her pedi job was awful.  Nails were cut crooked. She said the girl was constantly watching the clock like she had to be somewhere else soon.My guy was nice, though and the birds were entertaining to watch.  Unfortunately Neither one of us will return. very clean and friendly but kinda pricy.. I got a gel mani and I asked for a design but didn't get any options he just did it and it was ok but it was an extra $5 and it was the worst outcome I've ever had. I think I would've painted them better myself. there dull and I can see the white if my nail on the edges. they were cut wayyy too short and they were all uneven. very unhappy never going back!
