Walked in for a balayage and through out the hair process, I knew my hair was going to be messed up once I finished. I was right. My hair was colored blonde in the shape of a heart beat on a monitor going across my head. I went back in to fix it & they did the exact same thing in the beginning, a highlight. They kept highlighting to hide the unblended/uneveness of the blonde. It got to the point where my hair STILL messed up, looked no better than how it did when my "balayage" was done. The staff unhelpful. They lied to me & kept telling me how good it was. I left the salon FINALLY & cried at home because my hair was unfixable and I couldn't wear it down. I went to a color specialist who took the time to help me with my situation & while it now looks alot better, I still lost out 150$ & my hair still looks crappy from the hair-do J. Scott gave me. Won't be able to wear my hair straightened until it grows out completely. NEVER go here. 1. The OWNER can't balayage correctly (yup he messed up my hair) and 2. staff can't be honest in how your hair looks ( lied to me) 3. never offered my money back. I stumbled across this salon by accident staying at the Crowne Plaza. Carrie did an absolutely incredible job of touching up my dark roots and evening out my blonde color. The whole staff was fun and lovely and the prices were great! I can't wait to come back and visit again. Blondes, please see Carrie. You will be in great hands. Read Less

The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in! They asked lots of questions and were happy to listen to what I wanted and worked with me the whole time.
