I called for an appt this morning and Eva said she doesn't make appts on Sunday...first come first served. I came right down and they told me about 20 minutes. I waited as they took the 7 people that came after me and asked if I'd come back in an hour because the other group had called this morning and made an appt (which again she told me she doesn't do on Sunday's). They are liars and I don't recommend them!

I usually get my acrylic nails filled around the Lowell area but, I am spending a few days in Nashua so I decided to try this place out instead of waiting to head home. Well that was a mistake & I most definitely won't be coming back to Eva nails again.. I go in & they tell me to chose my colors. Chose twice & it turns out they didn't have the colors I picked either time even though they had the samples for them. I MADE AN APPT & even showed up 25 mins early & they still didn't even start with me until almost 20 mins after my appt time. When the man finally sat down with me, I showed him I had a broken nail that needed to be fixed. When he got around to it he didn't fix it. He just cut the nail short enough where it wasn't as noticeable. All my nails are now different lengths & shapes rather than square how I asked for them. He rushed through that then it took them 15 mins to get another woman to paint my nails after he filled them. They didn't do any of the steps a normal salon would do in the fill process & when the lady finally came over to paint them, she put my hand in the UV dryer & the polish started BUBBLING all over. Turns out it's because he didn't buff the liquid all the way off. She kept painting only half my nails as well after she fixed the bubbling & I had to keep asking her to paint the missing spots. Then she proceeded to jump between me & another customer between coats & lost count of how many times each hand was dried. Overall, they were extremely unprofessional. They rushed like crazy & paid barely any attention to their customers. Finally got home & realized theres spots all over them that are uneven & the nails isn't smooth at all. Part of me wanted to ask for my money back but, I'm not the type to be a jerk like that. But, long story short: I wouldn't suggest Eva Nails to anyone unless they don't care about the quality of their nails & don't care about just wasting their hard earned money..

My daughter contracted a nail fungus after a manicure here! Should have paid more attention to cleanliness and drill tips, soaking dishes.... everything. Just awful!

Will never return. I recently moved from Nashua to Merrimack and chose to go here, I usually go to Mimosa nail on main st in Nashua and thought saving the extra 15 minutes driving would be worth it and it was not!!! I had a male technician and he only removed about 75% of my prior nail color, hurt me on almost every finger while filing for my fill. He did not get the acrylic anywhere close to my nail bed so it looks like I already need another fill. The only thing he said to me the whole time was "Have you been here before" and then charged me 25$ Before tip for a crappy fill. I got coffin shape and they are beyond crooked and the polish is Uneven. I will never return and I will stick to Mimosa nail for now on. Lesson Learned!

A little while later the place filled up. They rushed me and left me in the chair while giving me a manicure. The lady cut my finger to top it off..i won't be going back there.

Went here with some of my friends because we were staying nearby for a wedding and this was the closest nail salon. While our overall experience was great, the actual manicure/pedicure were pretty low quality as they chipped within 24 hours. The salon was able to accommodate 3 mani/pedi, 1 pedi, and 1 mani in/out within 1.5 hours. The prices were great, but the quality was very very poor. I would not go back here, even though the prices were good.

To preface, I've been getting white tips for over a decade and am VERY picky. Adam at Eva Nails does probably the best job I've ever seen! My nails look perfect, and long tips are not easy to do. Adam also works quickly, without sacrificing quality, and is friendly as well. I see some bad reviews on here, so can only speak to my experience with Adam. This is definitely my new place!

Today I decided to try out Eva because my regular go-to spot was closed. I know someone who has gone before and has never had a complaint. So, I figured why not give it a try. There was no wait. I was taken right away. I had my gel manicure fill. She was very nice, made small talk and was very meticulous. I likes the hot towel after washing my hands. Nice touch ! Also, while I was there I noticed that they cover their pedicure soaker with a liner before filling with water. Again, this is a great idea. It's good to know that your not soaking your feet in a dirty soaker. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would defiantly recommend it.

I've had my nails done there before and it was a great experience, so I booked another appointment. This time it was a far different experience. I felt that the nail tech was rushed - my feet were barely scrubbed and the leg massage was practically non existent. The whole pedicure from start to finish was only about 20 minutes.When I got home, I checked my feet and there was dead skin on many of my toes. Really disappointed. I was watching some of the other techs and they spent more time on their clients. Will I give them another chance? probably not - there are too many to choose from.

So to sum it up:Long waitsThey take more expensive work before u (i.e. Mani pedicure)They try to pressure u into shellac They rush you to the point of it being uncomfortable The owner acts like she is doing you a favor by doing your nails My manicure chipped first day, was crooked lines on the tips and a full nail chipped off the second day They don't put u under the lights and make u feel relaxed at allTotal nightmare and waste of money. Spend extra and go somewhere who takes the time to do it right.

Worst mani/pedi ever! My gel nails didn't even last a week and they didn't even scrub my feet! My friends water was ice cold and mine was scalding hot. Normally my fingers last 2 weeks and toes last a couple of months when they are done professionally, they didn't even last a week and all I've done is hang out with the family for Easter weekend. I only have my nails done once or twice a year, especially after winter and this was a complete waste of time and money. It looked like there was one girl in there who knew what she was doing, she had the regular customers waiting for her..... So maybe we would have had better luck with her. :(

Just moved here, was told to check this place out for Gel. I get GEL all the time, i was in and out in 10 minutes, she skipped steps, and my gel is SUPER bumpy, not smooth at all. $30 wasted. Sad s...
Just moved here, was told to check this place out for Gel. I get GEL all the time, i was in and out in 10 minutes, she skipped steps, and my gel is SUPER bumpy, not smooth at all. $30 wasted. Sad since i live right down the street, would have been great. I went on a sunday, me and 1 other person in there, i expected perfect service and not to feel rushed, i experienced the opposite.

Went here for polish change on toes and gel manicure. Communicating was nearly impossible due to language barrier. None of the employees seemed to be able to communicate which makes the appointment slightly difficult. I specifically mentioned I did not want me cuticles done, and she said "ok just push them back?" And I said yes. After getting started, she insisted I needed them cut and it would just be a "little" bit. She completely removed all of the skin, and caused bleeding on one finger. I work in cosmetology, and if you cut/nip someone's skin, you are to ALWAYS apply pressure to the area to stop the bleeding with cotton/tissue/paper towel or really anything! She continued the manicure and let the blood drip down my finger. Also said I wanted to keep them as long as possible and she filed all the way down to my skin. As a customer, all I want is to be listened to and to simply have done what I am asking for. I won't return here again....

Today I had a wonderful experience at Eva nails. My pedicure was nothing short of a great experience with a full leg massage and foot rub. Cindy, my pedicurist took her time and made sure that everything was looking perfect before I walked out of the door. The staff is very friendly and it's extremely clean in there. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone who needs a nice pedicure. I will be back!

I went to Eva nails instead of my normal nail salon because they are open on Sunday. I was getting ready to go away and that was the only time I could get in to get a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great but my gel manicure was terrible. The polish was very messy, he painted over my cuticles and it ended up peeling after 3 days. I went back to get it fixed and the owner was only going to fix the fingers that had already lifted, which was every finger on my left hand. It was starting to lift on the right hand and he said come back when they actually lift and I'll fix it. I said absolutely not, I would like it fixed before that happens because I was leaving for vacation. He was very irritated about this and proceeded to roughly file off the polish and then had me sitting there for 30Mins while he took another client who came in after me. He did a decent job polishing them but that was about it. I will never go back for the terrible service and the prices. It cost me $10 more than my regular salon. Oh and scrubbing the dry skin off your heels is not included in their pedicure, it costs and extra $5 for them to use those Ped eggs that you can buy at Walmart for $10. Don't waste your time going here, you'll just end up needing to get your nails fixed again anyways!

I walked in wanting a pedicure and the guy sat my friend and I down he was very pushy and the pedicure probably lasted 15 mins he did absolutely no scrubbing (which I did myself when I got home). It was very rushed. After he quickly finished my toes he demanded the way I was going to pay when I wanted to get a manicure as well. He wanted for me to pay separately which I thought was stupid. All they care about is money and no one there was friendly. I paid a total of 56 for both which was way over priced. I would not recommend going there. Yes the inside is new and looks nice but the quality of the service is terrible. I'll go back to Nails 2000 where the people are very nice and I can leave happy unlike EVA nails!!!

Amazing service. The woman who did my pedicure was very attentive and made sure the water temperature was good and that the massage wasn't too hard. They accommodated our 3 people pedicure walk in with no issue. I didn't feel the service was rushed like at some salons. The massage chairs were nice and they offered us drinks as soon as we were seated. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

I decided to deviate from my regular place to try This new place and I'm glad I did! I got a ultimate pedi and shellac manicure. The pedi was really amazing and so relaxing. My nail tech took her time and made sure my feet were smooth and well massaged and my nails were perfectly painted. The salon is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be returning and making this my go to salon!

I recently moved from Nashua to Merrimack and chose to go here, I usually go to Mimosa nail on main st in Nashua and thought saving the extra 15 minutes driving would be worth it and it was not!!! None of the employees seemed to be able to communicate which makes the appointment slightly difficult. I specifically mentioned I did not want me cuticles done, and she said "ok just push them back?" And I said yes. After getting started, she insisted I needed them cut and it would just be a "little" bit. She completely removed all of the skin, and caused bleeding on one finger. I work in cosmetology, and if you cut/nip someone's skin, you are to ALWAYS apply pressure to the area to stop the bleeding with cotton/tissue/paper towel or really anything! She continued the manicure and let the blood drip down my finger. Also said I wanted to keep them as long as possible and she filed all the way down to my skin. As a customer, all I want is to be listened to and to simply have done what I am asking for. I won't return here again....

Got a regular manicure and deluxe pedicure today with Cindy and had a wonderful experience! She spent a good amount of time on the massage portion of the pedicure which was my favorite part! The whole place was very clean. I did not directly work with Eva but observed her doing another pedi and she also seemed to do a superb job!

Today I had a wonderful experience at Eva nails. My pedicure was nothing short of a great experience with a full leg massage and foot rub. Cindy, my pedicurist took her time and made sure that everything was looking perfect before I walked out of the door. The staff is very friendly and it's extremely clean in there. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone who needs a nice pedicure. I will be back!

I went to Eva nails instead of my normal nail salon because they are open on Sunday. I was getting ready to go away and that was the only time I could get in to get a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great but my gel manicure was terrible. The polish was very messy, he painted over my cuticles and it ended up peeling after 3 days. I went back to get it fixed and the owner was only going to fix the fingers that had already lifted, which was every finger on my left hand. It was starting to lift on the right hand and he said come back when they actually lift and I'll fix it. I said absolutely not, I would like it fixed before that happens because I was leaving for vacation. He was very irritated about this and proceeded to roughly file off the polish and then had me sitting there for 30Mins while he took another client who came in after me. He did a decent job polishing them but that was about it. I will never go back for the terrible service and the prices. It cost me $10 more than my regular salon. Oh and scrubbing the dry skin off your heels is not included in their pedicure, it costs and extra $5 for them to use those Ped eggs that you can buy at Walmart for $10. Don't waste your time going here, you'll just end up needing to get your nails fixed again anyways!

This place is awful. I walked in wanting a pedicure and the guy sat my friend and I down he was very pushy and the pedicure probably lasted 15 mins he did absolutely no scrubbing (which I did myself when I got home). It was very rushed. After he quickly finished my toes he demanded the way I was going to pay when I wanted to get a manicure as well. He wanted for me to pay separately which I thought was stupid. All they care about is money and no one there was friendly. I paid a total of 56 for both which was way over priced. I would not recommend going there. Yes the inside is new and looks nice but the quality of the service is terrible. I'll go back to Nails 2000 where the people are very nice and I can leave happy unlike EVA nails!!!

Amazing service. The woman who did my pedicure was very attentive and made sure the water temperature was good and that the massage wasn't too hard. They accommodated our 3 people pedicure walk in with no issue. I didn't feel the service was rushed like at some salons. The massage chairs were nice and they offered us drinks as soon as we were seated. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

I decided to deviate from my regular place to try This new place and I'm glad I did! I got a ultimate pedi and shellac manicure. The pedi was really amazing and so relaxing. My nail tech took her time and made sure my feet were smooth and well massaged and my nails were perfectly painted. The salon is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be returning and making this my go to salon!
