I am beyond unimpressed! On our anniversary, my boyfriend and I were hoping to spend a relaxing afternoon getting a pedicure. The woman who directed my boyfriend and I towards the polishes (for myself) was very kind. As we sat in the pedicure chairs, an older spunky woman began to work on my boyfriends feet and a middle-aged man began to work on mine. During the cuticle clean-up, the man grabbed hold of a large amount of LIVING, healthy skin and ripped it right off my toe! I ...began to bleed and it bubbled over part of my toenail. He only looked up at me like "Oh sh*t" and didn't even apologize or ask if I was okay! After that he put cuticle softener on all of my toes and put extra on that toe, letting it all fall into the giant cut that extended the whole vertical length of my toenail--which stung so badly! Once done with that portion, he did the SAME THING with callus remover...over all my toenails, and again, all over the bleeding cut! If it didn't suck enough to be wincing in pain during an hour where I wanted to be relaxing, while my toes were drying, I felt called out by another staff member! The woman who had done my boyfriend's feet was a couple chairs over doing someone else's feet at this point and she looked over at me and said "He (your pedicurist) said you didn't look at him the whole pedicure, you were looking out the window! Why? You need to talk to him and look at him."...loud enough that anyone in the nail salon could have heard her. Excuse me? I'm supposed to make eye contact with this dude the whole time? I was looking out the window trying not to cry, spacing out trying to relax, and looking at my boyfriend instead! No business should be calling out a customer, especially publicly, for not looking at a freaking employee! I was paying my hard earned money to do whatever the hell I felt like to relax, and your company did not deserve my contribution. Lastly, he didn't even put a base coat on my nails, and then used rubbing alcohol to clean up his mistakes, which included the nail polish he got into my cut--ouch! I will NOT be returning to this establishment and I highly suggest others do not either until their employees take some more classes on nail esthetics and customer service. See More Read Less
