I tried this place out a couple weeks ago for the first time. I scheduled an appointment the day prior, and when I got there, on time, he had given my time slot away to someone who had walked in! So I kindly left and came back an hour and a half later and he was finally able to take me. While I was getting my nails done, the technician was talking himself up, saying he had been doing this for 11 years and had a lot of experience, bottom line my nails come out terrible. The shapes were completely different, you could see bumps all over the nails, he put a very thin layer of nail polish so you could still see the acrylic through the polish. After having them on for 2 days one of the nails fell off. I then called to come in that day and made an appointment for 6 to have it fixed and when I got there no one was there! I then called and a man picked up and told me to come back tomorrow. I never went back. this was the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. Read Less

This place is a joke! My daughter called to see if we could get in for an appt and they called back ant told us to come right in mind you there were 3 of us i had my other littles with us as we were going to head out this afternoon for a shower THEY offered to paint their nails they picked out their color and my 4 year old sat and someone else walked through the door my little girl was left there and forgotten about as we are sitting there we were bounced around like ping pon...g balls then we were then told to wait so the. Tech could go do a pedicure on another customer so waited and i offered to go else where to finish my nails and was told no then while fieling my nails after i said i was upset got rough and hurt me i asked him to stop and was going to walk out at that point was asked to sit back down and i did finished and my nails looked ok so i was ok then painted my nails well then had me put my hand in the dryer ok fine so send my daughter to pay he trys to charge me more then advertised for a fill i was again upset my nailpolish at this point is smuged and i told him i again was upset at this point i told him i didnt want to pay and yes my voice was raised ! As i walked out another customer asked if it was me i then turned around and said no i was bounced like a pingpongball through my whole time there and then she asked if i was late ! This place has gone totally down hill. It seems like everything is held together by tape. The nail drying station is broken so they had me sit in a chair in front of a heater to dry my nails. A woman came in asking to have her eyebrows waxed and they told her the woman who does it wasn't there. This place is just kind of gross and I won't come back. That being said, my nails look nice. Absolute worst place ever I can imagine. I'm very picky about my nails this guy told me that my nails are very thin which I understand but for him to tell me when I went in there on Tuesday to get two fix because I was there Monday and got a full set he told me that he was nice enough to fix them for me... so I called today when I got out of work 10 minutes ago and he told me that he wouldn't give me back my money to go elsewhere and he pretty much said I was nice enough to fix them the first time for you.... this shouldn't have happened because your quality of Nail Care sucks. I never write reviews but this one deserves a nasty one especially with the negativity and his attitude on the phone.. Tanya and Chuckie are amazing.  So friendly, funny and great quality work. I came in a little late on a Sunday but they didn't rush or make me feel like I put them out. I'm new to the area and had been to a few other places but I'll definitely be back to this place. Tanya made sure that I knew that they would accommodate me if I ever needed to come in early or late.  I got a gel manicure and they came out perfect.  I'll be back in a few weeks for a mani/pedi! Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever had, and the most expensive, to boot. The nail tech was nice and spoke very good English, but that was about it. She globbed the polish onto my nails in two coats. Then a guy came over to give me a really quick "french tip" of gold polish. Not a true French tip, basically just a line of gold at the tip of my nail. Came out awful and streaky because he didn't go over it a second time. At the end, I got charged $25 for the mani and another $15 for the so-called "French tip". Grand total was $48 after tip (I always tip 20%) for a crummy manicure. They cured them under a UV light,  but 3 hours later at the wedding, I put my hands into the pockets of my dress, took them out and all the polish had "bunched up" and pushed back toward my cuticles. This was three hours after the mani and after they'd been cured under UV. Think maybe they put the polish on too thick? I would never come back here. Only came because my usual place was booked up. I had a chance to come here for pedi service yesterday when visiting Manchester, and it was absolutely impressive. The man, Sy did a relieved massage and I was totally pleased. The owner offered a stunning customer service too. I would recommend friends to give a try when have a vacation in Manchester area. LOVE This Place! Read Less

I came here last weekend and I will absolutely go back!  The shop smelled good, the technician spoke great English and did a wonderful job (even asking me while she was working if everything was to my liking!).  Met the owners and they were awesome, and so friendly!  LOVE THIS PLACE!  I will tell everyone I know to come by and have their nails done here... I just recently visited the city nail salon. I just got want to say that the service over there is amazing. The staff were very friendly and everything about the place was clean. They did an awesome job on giving me a manicure and pedicure. I recommend people to stop by and check it out. Also from my understanding they are under new management. The techs and owner rush through their job and aren't gentle in the process. The new owner will speed through a manicure to start the next client, very unprofessional. More than not you are left waiting. One person will start your nails and then another will step in to paint them. They aren't trained very well and dont paint your nails for the price you are paying.
