Always accommodating, to individual needs, especially this past winter, when there was a snow storm, and I needed to cancel last minute a couple times bc of school being cancelled. Listens to what I want, and explains best way to achieve the look desired! I have a lot of hair that requires hours to have it done, and I always feel so comfortable here. They have refreshments, and great, stylist who are all very friendly. Have had a time where a I went home after having a full ...foil( which mind you is at least a 4 hour job on my hair), found a couple strands that didn’t come out right , and they fixed it that day, to perfection. I recently went to ashley Christopher salon for a color and cut. I have to say that I was blown away with the way my hair looked after ashley worked her magic on me. I love that they are a bumble and bumble salon and that I felt so comfortable through the whole visit. Kate was amazing! I was super nervous to get my hair cut (thin hair problems) and she listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me great tips on thickening products, and was super professional. I love it when Ashely cuts my hair because I know that it's going to work.!!! That just doesn't happen with most hairdressers. I actually feel excited when she's cutting my hair because I'm seeing somebody that understands hair . It's just true 🌷🌷And her extra training is truly fantastic ,her techniques are very Innovative and unique . I live about two hours away and have tried to find a hairdresser that can successfully do the things that Ashely does and I have yet to find one after seven years !! My experience with Jill has always been an excellent one! Jill has been coloring, cutting and painting my hair for the past year now. My hair has a tendency to pull up brassy tones, and because it is so dark it is definitely not the easiest to treat. Anyhow, the coloring always comes out natural and sun kissed! I love it! Jill is always so professional and so incredibly personable to boot. I always feel so beautiful when I leave her chair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!Booked an appointment for my Girlfriend, I was very clear that she wanted a cut and color (and wanted the color all over not just highlights) tried to make the appointment for a Saturday, no luck, OK so was told Tuesday at Noon. No problem she gets there and tells them what she wants and is told they don’t have time for that!!!! That they can cut today, and she can come back for the color (which will be more of course) and they try to tell her that it’s because they were NOT told she wanted full color!!! LIERS!!! DON’T GO HERE! Oh and they also said it would be $200+ for the color (As another reviewer stated “Demi”) and she could just become a regular and come back every 3 weeks for a recolor!!! Read Less

1st time at the salon today for a cut and color and had Kaylee. She was very personable and friendly and did a great job on my hair. I have a really long thick hair and she did a great job blending my layers and even working with another stylist to blow dry my long hair to make sure she got the job done. After a long list of failed attempts to find *my* salon after relocating from MA, I was referred here by a friend and coworker. I had a jacked banana yellow attempt at rose gold for hair and unknowingly booked my first appointment as an all over color and foil. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was made to feel welcome and at home. I was offered snacks, greeted by each stylist that walked by and was taken into my appointment with Danae right on time. While my hair wa...s clearly in worse shape than an all over color and foil could fix, Danae was thorough, going over different options on what would work for my hair, my hair goals, and what would look best on me. I left that day with a better understanding and higher standard of how a salon visit should be. This was over a year ago and I have been a faithful client of this salon and of Danae's since. More recently my partner has made the switch from a different salon to Ashley Christopher for his haircuts and he hasn't stopped receiving compliments since! Okay hair cut... Not very knowledgeable about dying hair (mine was colored over partially lightened hair and the color didn't take which I had asked if it would happen it the beginning and she said no it'll be fine). Definitely a place where some of them just walked out of hair school. It's a fine place for someone with straight hair that wants an inch off and doesn't expect to look much different after they leave. Read Less

So I was travelling on business with my fiancée and desperately needed a full color and cut.  The salon was able to book me an appointment right away which I was happy with.  I brought a sample hair weft to color match with me.  The stylist, a junior associate, and very sweet, was able to match the hair color very well.  She gave a very relaxing head massage during my shampoo.  Nice trim and style too.  However, after my hair was completed and I was about to pay, I was told she used a Demi hair color not a permanent.  Demi hair color washes out quickly and I needed the coverage a permanent provides.  I did notice that Ashley the owner did this very same little trick to her client a seat over from me.  As she completed the women's hair and client was about to get up to pay she told her she used a demi permanent color.  Helloo! That means Semi permanent...it washes out.  That is the sort of thing that needs to be discussed with the client prior to application.  I did Not want a kind of permanent color. If the salon only uses demi color than that needs to be discussed upfront either while booking appointment or when your first in the chair.  It seems devious.  I'm just saying.  I don't blame the young stylist. She's doing what she's told or trained too.  So, in 3 weeks or less, back to the salon I go. Hmmmm Read Less

Kaylee Cavanaugh is my hairdresser and has been since she graduated cosmetology school. She truly understands how to make you look like your best you with hair styling, coloring and teaching you to get salon looks at home with product and technique. She is simply amazing to have as my hairdresser. I would never let another cut my hair and will follow her to the ends of the earth. She really knows how to take an idea and make it you!
