I heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the trip. A great value in a convenient location. The girls are very professional and are really good at sensing my mood. And took care of my hands and feet. My nails are sleek, clean, and just perfect! I've had good luck with this nail place. Honestly it's the best nail salon I've been to and I was visiting.

The only reason I went to this salon for a pedicure was because I had a gift card and a friend of mine was in desperate need of an end of pregnancy pedicure. From start to finish, I was less than impressed.
1. My chair was not working (a gentleman gave me quite the eye roll to fix it)
2. her tub had scolding hot water in the bath (again, shes super pregnant),
3. None of my cuticles were trimmed
4. The side of my foot was painfully swiped multiple times to the point of me pulling away, when I told the gentleman it hurt, he smiled and continued and sliced off almost an inch of skin with the pumice stone to the point I was bleeding (still smiling)
5. My very pregnant friend was bleeding from both of her big toe cuticles, I guess what they didn’t cut from mine, they took from hers
6. We were rushed out the door to pay. Charged my card full price and took the gift card amount off of my friends bill and said “oops, I sorry, I forget”
After constant peroxide and liquid bandage applications my foot is still burning and will never return. ESPECIALLY after both of us walking out the door bleeding and STILL paying full price. This place should have a warning sign on the door!

I have been going to this nail salon every other week if not every week for three years when I moved to Hudson. The service given by “Jennie”? Today was horrible she took over 2 hours to complete a fill. I had a broken nail which she decided to leave half on my nail. She then told me she did not cut down or file my nails because I never asked. Will never return because of this experience.

I was so grateful because I decided to check out Nails 2000. The nail techs who were talented and sweet. He didn't try to file them down forcefully. Perfect customer service! The salon is very clean and new : ) Can't wait until my fingernails grow back.

I was not happy with the gel nails I got here. First, when I asked for gel nails the nail tech seemed confused as to what I wanted and asked me if I wanted acrylics. I said no, gel nails, do you know what that is? When he finally figured out what I was asking for we proceeded, but when I put my nail under the curing light it BURNED BAD!! He tried to tell me this was normal, but guess what? I'm a Cosmetologist (schooled in hair, NAILS, and skin). When your fingers are put into the UV lamp it should not burn. If you get a flash of heat on your nails, the gel is too thick. The burning can damage your nail plate and the thick gel won't cure or bond properly meaning they will lift easily. Gel should be applied in layers which helps each layer cure and bond properly. This technician clearly did not know what he was doing. I will not ever be back.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible! I went in for a fill and first the paint was all over my fingers and then the day after I had them done the pain started chipping, which should not happen with gel! I will NEVER go back here. Truly awful

I wish there wasn't even an option to give this nail salon one star. Don't bother going here unless you're a regular and get special treatment. The first time I went in I was ignored at one of the stations for about 25 mins. Once I was acknowledged, not only did the nail tech cut my finger while she was filing and buffing not paying attention, but to my disgust she wiped my blood away with a brush and then put it back in her drawer, I don't think she had any intent of disinfecting it at all. The second time I went in will be the last. It was a last resort because I was in the area and in a bit of a hurry. They had all the nail techs working on their regular customers, I could tell they were regulars just by the way they were speaking to each other and joking around. I was completely ignored AGAIN while my fingers soaked for about 50 minutes. And the salon wasn't even that busy, it was just so unnecessary. The only reason why they started on my manicure is because I threatened to get up and leave. Also, the gel on my nails started chipping within 5 days. I did leave a tip though and I'm not really sure why, probably because I was raised to be a decent person. But I was so disappointed and I will never go again. I will stick with gelous nails and exotic nails in Derry.

Love this place - always makes time for you and my nails look fantastic all the time. Gel manicure only $26 which to me is a huge bargain. I have had chipped nails weeks after getting them done repaird with out them charging me. The whole crew is so sweet

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the trip. A great value in a convenient location. The girls are very professional and are really good at sensing my mood. And took care of my hands and feet. My nails are sleek, clean, and just perfect! I've had good luck with this nail place. Honestly it's the best nail salon I've been to and I was visiting.

The only reason I went to this salon for a pedicure was because I had a gift card and a friend of mine was in desperate need of an end of pregnancy pedicure. From start to finish, I was less than impressed.

I said no, gel nails, do you know what that is? When he finally figured out what I was asking for we proceeded, but when I put my nail under the curing light it BURNED BAD!!
