Went there with hubby for our anniversary. Both of us had manicures and pedicures done. It was not until AFTER I came out of the salon that I realized my fingernails had all gritty bubbles in the nail polish. They looked awful. Old polish or the filed down stuff from my nails in the polish - not sure? Also, one of my nails was not filed down correctly and left jagged on the edge. Went home, removed all of the polish, finished filing them down correctly, and buffed the top of each (that was not done correctly either because my lines were still visible). After doing all of the work myself, I guess I screwed up the wax by using nail polish remover because now my fingertips all feel rough?
My heels I then noticed were neglected and rough to the touch/appearance. I will have to finish those myself too. After $144 ($120 plus the $24 tip we stupidly gave), we won't be back. I will not call for a refund, or discount, or even a redo. I just won't go back. Next time, I think we will go to a more upscale salon and have it done there.

I called and got an appt. on New Year's Eve Day....they welcomed me on arrival and went right to work. I had refills for my acrylic nails and she did a beautiful job! Fast and efficient.....and BUD...

The professional I usually went to had moved. I went to Riverside Nail and I cannot say enough great things about them! I will now be a regular customer and I am grateful for such KIND, Genuine, friendly professionals. (Anyone who writes about a bad experience HERE is just simply the type who is unappreciative and negative or plain unhappy in her own personal life, and can not be pleased ever.) Lovely, clean, relaxing SPA atmosphere. Thank you Te, and Rose You're the best!

I really wanted to love this place because it's close to work and home. I came in a week and a half ago for a pedicure and gel manicure.The pedicure was AMAZING. My feet are still smooth and the polish is holding up well. I got the Palace Pedicure, which was well worth the extra $5.The gel manicure was pleasant, and the results were pretty, however the polish started chipping within 5 days. When I go to Impulse Nails in Hooksett, it lasts more than 2 weeks.Today I came back to get the remaining gel off and get a regular polish manicure. The cuticle clean up and polish were both pretty sloppy and I probably could have just done this myself at home.The women are very friendly and sweet, but I don't​ think I'll be giving it a third try.

I had an event to go to and I got my nails done on a Wednesday. Friday came and it looked like I had had my nails on for 3 weeks. I went back the following Monday after they got too bad to handle and they made me wait over an hour after I told them what had happened. They took three people ahead of me and said it was because of one woman who had an appointment. The other people didn't and they still went ahead of me even though I came well before. No one wanted to help and they urged me to come back the next day. I came in at 4:45 and I'm still sitting (5:50) here waiting and they said they wouldn't have enough time to get to me even though I came in well before they closed. Such a bad experience and I paid a lot of money the first time I came in. Definitely would NOT recommend. Rude and such poor quality. Very disappointing to be treated badly after you spend a lot of money and tip.

I went here yesterday just for a basic manicure and polish. I live nearby and it's the only place around that is open on a Sunday. I went in and there was only one person there besides me (typical for a Sunday afternoon). The girl that did my nails was fine. She didn't talk to me at all and, instead, chatted with her 4 coworkers that were there (doing nothing) in Vietnamese. I find that completely rude... but whatever. One of the coworkers was hovering over the girl that was doing my manicure while they talked back and forth. It was like I wasn't even there. She did a so-so job and gave me a kind of crappy hand massage. She just looked like the wanted out of there and I was holding her up (they didn't close for another 1.5 hours). By this afternoon (LESS than 24 hours later), my manicure is already chipping and the polish is lifting off my nails. It looks like garbage. I won't go back.

Went here last weekend to give it a try because my friend loves them. I was not impressed. I always get a french shellac, she did not ask me if they looked ok before going under the UV. I'm a bit picky but you can see stroke marks of the leftover white she messed up. Also, I've had them done for about 5 days and they're peeling up already. Granted it's winter and dry out, I'm sure it has something to do with it. But I did notice when I was done that she didn't pain all the way to the cuticle. Also had me WAIT for my manicure-massage while she finished my friends nails. I will go somewhere else.

I decided to give this place a try since I live down the street. Â Rose was my nail tech and did an amazing job with my OPI shellac manicure. Â Tools came out of a fresh, sterilized package for me. Â She also does a great job with shaping eyebrows. Â Very happy with service. Â Nail techs are a little chatty with each other, but if you don't mind that they are great.

Not clean, they only wipe down pedicure basins between customers. Stations are messy. My manicure bubbled up and looked awful and totally unpresentable. I called the owner the next day and she said I could come back and she would fix it. I came back a week later which was as soon as I could, and she insisted that I pay because she supposedly only  agreed to repaint my nails free of charge. That would have been fine except my nails needed trimming and reshaping by then.  Also, the owners extremely loud cell phone is constantly ringing, very unrelaxing.

Visited here based on the 2 positive reviews on Google. Did not live up to those reviews. Clean, but quite dark. Got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was so-so and got oil all over my pants which did not come out when I washed them. The manicure did not use new or clean tools. They did not paint up to the quick and left the underside rough and torn up.

Went there with hubby for our anniversary. Both of us had manicures and pedicures done. It was not until AFTER I came out of the salon that I realized my fingernails had all gritty bubbles in the nail polish. They looked awful. Old polish or the filed down stuff from my nails in the polish - not sure? Also, one of my nails was not filed down correctly and left jagged on the edge. I went back the following Monday after they got too bad to handle and they made me wait over an hour after I told them what had happened. I went here yesterday just for a basic manicure and polish. I live nearby and it's the only place around that is open on a Sunday. I went in and there was only one person there besides me (typical for a Sunday afternoon). The girl that did my nails was fine. She didn't talk to me at all and, instead, chatted with her 4 coworkers that were there (doing nothing) in Vietnamese. I find that completely rude... but whatever. I decided to give this place a try since I live down the street. Â Rose was my nail tech and did an amazing job with my OPI shellac manicure. Â Tools came out of a fresh, sterilized package for me. Â She also does a great job with shaping eyebrows. Â Very happy with service. Â Nail techs are a little chatty with each other, but if you don't mind that they are great.

Not clean, they only wipe down pedicure basins between customers. Stations are messy. My manicure bubbled up and looked awful and totally unpresentable. I called the owner the next day and she said I could come back and she would fix it. I came back a week later which was as soon as I could, and she insisted that I pay because she supposedly only  agreed to repaint my nails free of charge. That would have been fine except my nails needed trimming and reshaping by then.  Also, the owners extremely loud cell phone is constantly ringing, very unrelaxing.
