I have been going here for more than 10 years. I love my manis and pedis and the hand drawn designs. My nails look great and last forever. I even brought my granddaughter here, when she had the tiniest nails and they would "paint" them and manage to put a design on each nail. I get many compliments on my nails and refer everyone to these guys. Read Less

OK first of this place is a rip off you don't give a tip before your nails are done they don't do a good job ...they get sloppy and careless ... did this experiment today and you should as well. .just to see that what I'm saying is true. .. so I got a fill nothing special at all after waiting for 31 min to be exact I was treated OK I had to run my own polish of bc of the glitter I know everyone saw want a big deal I hit it all off after she was a little heavy handed with the drill that got hot a few times but that's not even the worst .before they start to paint they ask you to pay so a fill is $15 so I paid leaving the tip out $5 and right after she started to change she got sloppy missed spots didn't evenly coat my red nail you can see through it abs top coat was all over my skin watch people you will see that it's all about $ not $and customer service    IT'S A NAIL SWEAT SHOP 100% Read Less

My girl friend went to get a manicure for prom. She got the simple French manicure. The lady asked her "would you like shellac", my girl friend said "no".  The lady did her nails, then charged her $25. The menu said French manicures were "5 and up". The lady said she used shellac when my girlfriend said no first off. And then she said if it wasn't for prom, it would have been $30. For a French manicure??!! Not right at all. Worst manicure I've ever had is right!! I have been to several other Regals! My Pedicure was alright, the young girls are learning and definitely GREAT! I had to walk her through designs on my toes, instead of someone else being able to do it, but, everyone needs to learn :) But the guy who did my manicure rushed through it, didn't get all the old paint off, even after I pointed it out, then put the design HE wanted on my nail, again, pointed this out!! Was willing to try this place as my nail tech back in CO was out of a Walmart and did was amazing. I went in for a full and color change with a friend. I have stiletto shaped acrylics and gel color on top. I did get distracted talking to my friend and didn't realize until the guy was done that the one nail they had to replace was misshapen and shorter than all my other nails. Another woman had to come try and fix it because the guy I started with had already moved on to another customer. I had asked for my nails to be shortened and matching in shape, but apparently they don't know how to listen. Sorry never again. Read Less

Got my nails done for prom. Acrylic nails and a pedicure. I got switched to three different people. The first girl barley did anything before she switched me off to some guy. I asked if he knew what I wanted because I showed the girl what I wanted from the nails on the wall, he said yes. I even said I would show him and he refused. Guess he didn't know what I wanted because he gave me a much lighter blue than I asked for with sparkles that looked like crest toothpaste and didn't match my dress. When it came to the design he did whatever he wanted. He claimed he knew what I wanted but said he'd give me something I would like even better. I picked what I picked for a reason, because that's what I wanted. He added pink without my consent which defiantly did not match my dress. When it came to my toes I got a different lady. She rushed on my feet and did not take the time to make them smooth and remove the dry skin like she was suppose to. The pink on my toes was much more orange than on my fingers and the flowers looked like blobs. If I'm going to pay over $60 for my nails, I want them done correctly Read Less

Ok... So I admit it, I go to the nail salon inside Walmart!  We moved up here from Southern Massachusetts a year and a half ago.  While down there, it was known to never set foot inside one of those nail salons... they are dirty, the quality was way below par, etc.  Once we moved up here, I found it difficult to find a decent nail salon.  I have tried the two places in town, I have also tried a really expensive spa by my work... all HORRIBLE!!!Regal Nail Salon in the Epping Walmart is the only place to go for a shellac manicure and a pedicure!  They are simply amazing.  The staff is wonderful.  The space is clean.  And they strive to keep the wait times to a minimum!
