I went in to get pink and white full set was very specific about what I wanted over the phone they told me to go in they had time. I went in got 0 introductory and just started on my nails. I explained exactly what I wanted and the man that did my nails decided shellac was better and that's what he was doing after I explained multiple times it wasn't what I wanted. I paid for what was done after not even getting them painted and they're not even straight after looking at them. I called and politely complained about my experience and looking for my money back so I could go somewhere else to have them fixed and I was told they do not give refunds but I could go back and they would fix them. I don't usually write reviews whether they be good or bad, this might be the 2nd review I've written ever in my life but I feel like I have to. Best nail place in New Hampshire, hands down. I've been going here for 6 years and they have never once messed up my nails. They are always super friendly, wait times are never too long, and the prices are very reasonable for the amazing quality nails you walk out with. The technicians are fantastic, they take their time to make sure your nails are perfect and check frequently to make sure the tools aren't hurting you. I've tried other nail places but nothing compares to 125 Nails. Read Less

They have horrible attitudes. I'm a hearing impaired woman and they have made fun of me because of it. when I ask them to help me fix my nails or them a certain way they tell me no or pop off an attitude. They have made my nails crooked, charged me more than what the actual cost and even when my nails get fixed they break again a few hours later. I went to 125 Nails on the recommendation of a friend. Never, ever again!!! I had powder dip nails that where done at another salon. The man that did my nails was rude, and used the grinder so heavily it hurt. My nails are like tissue paper now, cracked, split, broken down below the quick. These where NOT acrylic fake nails, my own nail. I have a ridge where new nail growth is coming out, that's how much of my natural nail he took off. I am also pursuing a complaint with the state. My friend and I went. My Polish never dried and ended up screwing up. She filed my nails crocked. And the girl who did my friends acrylics. ...made them ridiculously thick..they were hideous. And she took almost 1.5 hours to put a set on from start to finish. They also made you wait super long so they could help others in the salon. So your 1/2 hour visit took 2 hours. I've been going to 125 for years and they continue to hold my loyalty. The staff is wonderful and skillful, the equipment is VERY clean (a huge plus for a germaphobe like me), and the location is convenient. They almost always welcome walk-ins, and their pedicures are the stuff dreams are made of. Would absolutely recommend. Read Less
