I had the worst experience at this “salon” today. Appointment was scheduled and 4 walk-ins were helped and taken before me. Clearly they don’t take appointments seriously. Once they saw I was inpatient, they sat me in a chair and then left me sitting there for 20 minutes. A lady began to do my acrylic fill and burned me twice with the nail drill and then was filing my skin instead of the nail. They also do not have dryers so my regular polish was supposed to “dry” under the UV light and to say the least they were not even remotely dry after 15 minutes. If I could leave zero stars I would. After being talked into a service, lied about the price to, and receiving TERRIBLE service, I decided to go back in and see if they'd like to resolve this in person instead of writing about their terrible business online. The owner claimed I was threatening and told me to leave. Super good way to run a business....NOT.  I am disgusted with the lie they told me (told me $55 total and charged $77) and the nails look awful. I have never seen a worse small business. Disgusted. Went for a gel manicure. 2 days later one nail was cracked & eventually broke. Within 4 days 3 nails chipped & peeling. I've never had this happen elsewhere. They were in a hurry, and between product and/or application it has turned into a $28 (not including tip) disaster. Never again. Read Less

New salon, nice and clean but I have tried this place several times now with a different technician each time and have had a crappy experience each time. Pedicures are mediocre and nail techs seem quite inexperienced. Today I had so much nail polish applied to my toe nails that they wouldn't dry and kept smudging every time technician would check on them. They would then have to start over. I asked for less polish to be applied but the language barrier was too thick. Owner attempted to intervene but quickly got back to watching videos on his phone. I was finally told my nails were dry after being there for 1.5 hours but I got home to find they were completely smudged. I called and spoke to the owner and he told me to come back in to get fixed but I can't imagine sitting there through that again right now or anytime soon. I will be trying somewhere else next time. Never again will I go there. My initial experience was nice, the ladies were wonderful, did a great job. My issue: I went the day before thanksgiving, a Wednesday morning, and got my toes done. French pedi with gel and designs. By Thursday night, the polish on my toes was turning grey and black. Never had this happened to me before. I was out of town for the holiday and didn't return till Monday night. I called first thing Tuesday morning and talked with a man, I'm assuming the owner, and from the get go he was very rude to me. I spent $65 (not including tip) on my toes with gel and designs that couldn't even be seen anymore from the discoloration. I asked him if they could just take it off and repaint with a regular, non gel, color. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything crazy expensive, just to have this faulty gel removed and repainted with something simple. He argues with me that they have a 7 day policy for things like that, he went on for a good 3 minutes then when he finally gave me a chance to speak, I told him it had only been 6 days, he said no it hadn't. We counted the amount of days it had been together...he got quiet and then said he meant 3 days, they have a 3 day policy. I was told that they have this complaint very often and if I have a problem with it to call the manufacturer. I asked him why would he keep a product that does this to people nails, he had no answer. So im not gonna sugar coat it,this place sucked. Yes it was very clean and beautiful but the service was crap. I was waiting for 45 mins and people who walked in saying "do you think you have time for this?" were being served before me. Another thing is if I'm paying for something, i want it the way i want it, they kept trying their own thing on MY nails. The shape of my nails is almond and they were supposed to be coffin...also I would prefer to not be coughed on which happened through out my whole service. After my mother and i complained they were very rude in their response. I will never go back there again, yes it may be nicely set up but the people and service does not match that. I will find another place it's no problem i just saw all the good reviews and thought people should hear about the down sides of the place :) Read Less

Amazing experience! Best manicure I have had in a LONG time!! They were all so nice and took the time to do my manicure even though I got there 5 minutes before they were closing!
