Hi , So I came in on Thursday morning for a shellac manicure . They chipped the next day so I came back on Saturday to get them fixed . Saturday night they chipped again . I’m not gonna come back and have you fix them again for them to just keep chipping the next day . Very un satisfied and disappointed. I feel so lucky I found this place! I have been looking for a good nail salon for over 5 years and I have finally found the BEST one!! I have been attended by Jason, he is awesome!!! He works with no rush on my nails and leaves them spectacular! I have had lots of compliments on my nails even from people I don't know. This is a very professional spa and I have seen lots of care and attention to me and to my two girls! Everyone leave happy! All the luck! I highly recommend this place! I love it! I've been in Derry 9 years and have yet to find a place that gives an amazing pedicure and I get one here. I'm definitely sticking around. They do a great gel manicure too and regular manicure as well. Plus the 5 minute shoulder rub with the spa treatments, ummm Yes Please!!! I haven't experienced the inconsistency as others have, but it is pricey and you are there for a while. Still worth it in my opinion! Thanks Max!!! Read Less

I feel like the service is extremely inconsistent. First time I went it was the best pedi I ever had- just left there and got a pedi in literally 15 minutes. The massage portion of it lasted less than 5. I felt extremely rushed & the experience wasn't enjoyable. Wasn't offered anything except the basic pedicure, & when it came time to pay my card was over charged. I arrived at 6:10 PM, understanding they close at 7 but that was still more than enough time for a good pedicure. It felt more like a polish change than anything. My expectations were high as when they first opened I got an awesome pedicure there however I'll be finding another salon for pedicures in the future. Read Less

Stopped in to get my eyebrows threaded and stumbled upon this place. Great service and prices, expecially with the grand opening sale. I'm not usually one to get my nails done because my nails always get ruined with my job but I couldn't pass up the price. It's now been a week since my gel manicure and my nails still look great. Today I am back to get a pedicure with one of my best friends Diane. We are both super happy with the service. We will be back. I recommend the silky milk spa, so relaxing! Read Less
