I've left the my past 2 visits extremely unhappy with uneven, thin eyebrows even after requesting that they not be made too thin. Would not recommend.

They never have anyone on during appropriate business hrs for threading. I chanced going back here after a few mths because the last girl that did my brows left bald spots and made them super thin. I ...
They never have anyone on during appropriate business hrs for threading. I chanced going back here after a few mths because the last girl that did my brows left bald spots and made them super thin. I was desperate today so went in and no threading person there and she wont be in till tomorrow and only until 6 pm.... Which is impossible for us working folks!

Went in to get my eyebrows done and I'm so unhappy and dissatisfied with the results. I usually get them done there but on this visit I had a new lady do them and I knew she didn't know what she was doing because she took forever on each side and it hurt more than usual so now I'm left with ugly looking eyebrows and scabs everywhere. Sooo unhappy, in so much pain, and mad I will most definitely NOT be going back.

Happen to catch the Dermalogica sign in the window. It's very hard to find a salon that uses this product for facials. Mira the technician who did my facial was wonderful!

I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows. I never have to make an appointment, and have never waited more than 5 minutes to be waited on. The same woman typically always does my eyebrows and she is so nice!Beware!: if you have never had your eyebrows threaded before, it does indeed hurt a bit. Takes a little bit longer than waxing, but in my opinion it's worth it! Lasts longer for me than waxing does. And threading makes your eyebrow arch look so much better. Definitely reccomend!

When I visited my sister Angie last week in NH, she took me to this place. Wow! Very cute and inviting environment. Meera is friendly and professional. She did fabulous job! She shaped my eyebrows and perfectly even them, not just clean them up. Visited first time , very impressed ! ! Will go for spa there next time i visit concord. Angie's found this as her favorite place to go for her eye brows threading and spa. Reasonable prices and great services !!!! Highly recomended ! !

They never have anyone on during appropriate business hrs for threading. I chanced going back here after a few mths because the last girl that did my brows left bald spots and made them super thin. I was desperate today so went in and no threading person there and she wont be in till tomorrow and only until 6 pm.... Which is impossible for us working folks!

Went in to get my eyebrows done and I'm so unhappy and dissatisfied with the results. I usually get them done there but on this visit I had a new lady do them and I knew she didn't know what she was doing because she took forever on each side and it hurt more than usual so now I'm left with ugly looking eyebrows and scabs everywhere. Sooo unhappy, in so much pain, and mad I will most definitely NOT be going back.

I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows. I never have to make an appointment, and have never waited more than 5 minutes to be waited on. The same woman typically always does my eyebrows and she is so nice!Beware!: if you have never had your eyebrows threaded before, it does indeed hurt a bit. Takes a little bit longer than waxing, but in my opinion it's worth it! Lasts longer for me than waxing does. And threading makes your eyebrow arch look so much better. Definitely reccomend!

She shaped my eyebrows and perfectly even them, not just clean them up. Visited first time , very impressed ! ! Will go for spa there next time i visit concord.
