Rushed me thru my service, bubbles on every nail. All the nails are different shapes. Told me I was lucky to get in when I got in. I can see thru almost every color. Will never be returning

I got really good nails done (Wendy and Tom we good but other girl sucks. We got acrylics and she had to get multiple redone. She doesn’t even know how to take them off. Wendy is good at painting and ...
I got really good nails done (Wendy and Tom we good but other girl sucks. We got acrylics and she had to get multiple redone. She doesn’t even know how to take them off. Wendy is good at painting and Tom is good at acrylic (little rough though). Only go if you can have Wendy or Tom.

The upside is that the services are inexpensive. The downsides are: (1) it is in the Walmart; (2) it is dirty; (3) there is a moldy/mildew smell that may be coming from the bowls where you are expect...
The upside is that the services are inexpensive. The downsides are: (1) it is in the Walmart; (2) it is dirty; (3) there is a moldy/mildew smell that may be coming from the bowls where you are expected to put your feet; (4) the nail polish is old, causing inconsistent application (likely why touch-ups after the fact are necessary). The woman who did my nails was nice enough, but the atmosphere, massage, and result left much to be desired. Even the massage chairs were uncomfortable. Bummer.

DO NOT buy Gift certificates from Regal Nails ! They will tell you when you go to use it that its not theirs. they are " New " owners even though it says Regal Nail salon on the card and has NO EXPIRA...

I completely disagree with the negative reviews! I have been coming to Regal nails for 3 years and have seen how they interact with customers...very warm and welcoming and always trying to accommodate...

I have been coming to Regal nails for 3 years and have seen how they interact with customers...very warm and welcoming and always trying to accommodate everyone! I am a perfectionist and Tom, who does my nails, is too! I always leave a happy customer. Don't let those negative reviews stop you from coming to this great nail salon!

Just had the worst manicure here ever! She hardly soaked my gel manicure to remove the old gel. She then picked, scraped and peeled the gel off - leaving my nails in horrible condition! I will NEVE...
Just had the worst manicure here ever! She hardly soaked my gel manicure to remove the old gel. She then picked, scraped and peeled the gel off - leaving my nails in horrible condition! I will NEVER go back here. When I complained that they had not soaked enough and I was worried she was damaging my nails - that's when she decided she could not understand English. She then took a call on her cell phone (half way through my manicure) and proceeded to speak and laugh Korean through the rest of my time there. Save yourself and your nails! There's nothing Regal about Regal Nails.

I went to this place on Thursday the 9th. over all i had a great experience. The employees were great, and laughing with the customers. The man who was doing my nails ignored his cell phone three time...
I went to this place on Thursday the 9th. over all i had a great experience. The employees were great, and laughing with the customers. The man who was doing my nails ignored his cell phone three times. Now other places that ive been to, if their cell phone rings they jump right on it. I will be going here for now on :)

Went in for a shellac mani and the guy that did mine totally butchered my nails. When taking off my previous shellac he barely let them soak and than hacked at them and ended up scraping off part of m...
Went in for a shellac mani and the guy that did mine totally butchered my nails. When taking off my previous shellac he barely let them soak and than hacked at them and ended up scraping off part of my real nails! It hurt. He didn't speak any English so it was hard to communicate my concerns. I should say the time before that one of the girls did my shellac mani and she did a fine job and was very nice. Be cautious.. Maybe just avoid the guy?

When you get your nails done here be prepared to come back for touch ups.... They don't do quite as good as you'd like the first time.... Plus they don't speak very good English...

I got really good nails done (Wendy and Tom we good but other girl sucks. We got acrylics and she had to get multiple redone. She doesn’t even know how to take them off. Wendy is good at painting and Tom is good at acrylic (little rough though). Only go if you can have Wendy or Tom.

The downsides are: (1) it is in the Walmart; (2) it is dirty; (3) there is a moldy/mildew smell that may be coming from the bowls where you are expected to put your feet; (4) the nail polish is old, causing inconsistent application (likely why touch-ups after the fact are necessary). The woman who did my nails was nice enough, but the atmosphere, massage, and result left much to be desired. Even the massage chairs were uncomfortable. Bummer.

I will NEVER go back here. When I complained that they had not soaked enough and I was worried she was damaging my nails - that's when she decided she could not understand English. She then took a call on her cell phone (half way through my manicure) and proceeded to speak and laugh Korean through the rest of my time there. Save yourself and your nails! There's nothing Regal about Regal Nails.

Went in for a shellac mani and the guy that did mine totally butchered my nails. When taking off my previous shellac he barely let them soak and than hacked at them and ended up scraping off part of my real nails! It hurt. He didn't speak any English so it was hard to communicate my concerns. I should say the time before that one of the girls did my shellac mani and she did a fine job and was very nice. Be cautious..
