I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now. I usually grow tired of the same place/stylist and make changes every few years - not any longer. Tiffany is wonderful and is also the owner. The pride she takes in her salon, the staffing, aesthetics, product choices and overall comfort of the clientele is second to none. She truly cares about her business and making everyone happy. I love all of the little things that, at the end of the day, are big things. The flavored water, coffee, tea, fresh chocolate chip cookies - these things add up and they are nice to see/partake in when you are there. I go to Villaggio Suits and see Lacie Carl as my nail tech. She is great at what she does and has been being it forever. I never have a problem with her canceling on me she is always there. I also never have a problem with my nails she gives me what I pay for. She is not just a nail lady she is also a friend to her clients. Read Less

My husband and I had gone in there on a Sunday afternoon to get a manicure and pedicures and the service was horrible (owner wasn't there) $63.00 for terrible service The woman who did my husbands pedicure couldn't have been any more unfriendly and rushed .. He has very dry heels and she never did anything about that, when I know they have a scrapper that they use because he has had them done there before. she cleaned the bottom of his feet and gave him a massage the whole ...pedicure was about 7 minutes The best part is that she didn't even cut his toenails....??!!! When I told them it was a terrible job and that I shouldn't be paying the response I got was "oh sorry " really that's how you do business unhappy customers ??? This girl must not have been just having a bad day because another customer who was there agreed 100% with me that the pedicure looked awful and that she has had many problems with this woman before for being rude,unfriendly, rushing but still wanting to take your$$$ I will never go back there again. I absolutely love Princess Nails. I've been seeing Evan for almost 3 years for my acrylic nails. He is one of the best nail techs around. I love their pedicures too, they do a hot stone massage that can't be beat (all you have to do is ask for it). I also have been seeing Mia for my lash extensions. She is SO great! I loved how the customer service was , just only thing was . I went in to get ombré hair , i understood what the hair stylist was telling me my hair was damaged I was fine with that. I agreed to get my hair a deep condition and a hair cut and I guess she took out color (not really) and when she was done I was thinking oh ok all this will be under 100 nope. Was charged 165$ for something I didn't even in the first place I wanted my hair done :/ it's so sad how much she charged me I heard so much reviews about this place but no way would I would go again:/ so much money. I bet I would've gotten charged 120$ for the color I actually wanted instead of this. glad I didn't get WINE prob would've gotten charged an extra 50$ for that too:( even before I went and called to schedule the appt the rep told me it would be 85$ for color and that includes the hair cut :( very disappointed ( yes but I also cut my hair from being half way down my back to almost my sholders) shouldn't have been that much still.
