I am so disappointed with the service I received at Nail Club today. She was rude, proceeded to painfully drill into my nail after I requested she was careful while using the drill, she started painting the wrong color and when I respectfully stopped her, she argued with me that that was the number on the bottle. She rushed through the process with a "half-assed" work ethic. Did not shape my nails or ask if I was pleased with the shape, barely trimmed my cuticles, and the end result is nothing short of horrible. Sadly, I will not be back. Read Less

Looking for someplace closer to home, so gave them a try.  Not disappointed, but can't say it was the best pedi I've ever had.  Not complaining, price was right, shop was clean (which is a plus, plus) and the tech was friendly efficient and very clean as well.I'm not sure my quest for a shop closer to home is over. First off let me just say that, if you have any sort of standards for for your nails, this place is not for you. But if you're just looking for a quick manicure I don't really care what they look like, then you've come to the right place. You can barely understand the workers, they are rude and make you seem like you are an inconvenience to them. The lady I had, who didn't even tell me her name, refused to make conversation with me and then was on the phone for a good portion of my appointment. The quality of my nails was poor as well, I told her to make them square they came out like awkward rounded rectangles, not to mention she did not paint enough acrylic at the base of my nail and only put it at the top, making them awkwardly stick up off my nail. Then when she painted the gel over it she missed the sides of my nails, then just painted where it was easy to get to. And as if they haven't already done a terrible job, I go to pay and she just takes my card, doesn't tell me how much it's gonna cost then hands me my receipt so I don't get to see how much I paid until after it's already charged my card. I wouldn't even go back to get them fixed because everyone else's nails around me turned out the exact same way. Honestly just want my money back. Bad nails. Bad service. Highly do not recommend. So from my reviews you can tell iv been on the hunt for a good nail salon and let me tell you this place was probably one of the worst iv experienced so far. Right when you walk in the décor is very nice and modern so I thought that would have been a good sign but I was wrong. I went in wanting one of the simplest nail designs I think ever and they completely messed it up. I sat down showed them the picture of exactly what I wanted length and all and when the person finished applying and cutting the nails I told him they were to short I wanted them long like the picture. They looked at me and said, oh well we cant go back and change it. So right after that I was all ready mad because I'm a paying customer I should get what I asked for. then after they finished my nails I was set for a pedicure which I told the lady to not massage my feet or anything like that I pretty much just wanted polish on my nails. Again I showed a picture of a pretty simple design and when they were done it just looked like someone put dots all over my big toe when it was supposed to be a flower. So I told her I didn't like it and she re did it and they still came out no better than before. At that point I was already over it and just so mad with the horrible service I was getting so I just went up to pay. They gave me no discounts for them messing up my nails and charged me for an full gel pedicure even thou all they did was paint my toes because my feet are to sensitive for a massage. So needless to say I will never return and I will let everyone know of my horrible experience there and recommend this place to no one. Read Less

I used to come here years ago when my grandparents lived right down the street. When they moved away I had no reason to come here anymore...until recently. My husband and I just moved to the Wingfield Springs area and I am MORE than happy to drive a few extra minutes to visit this salon! Leo and his wife are the owners, and they are the only two I allow to do my nails. I am very particular, I like them as short and natural looking as possible.. Called the night before to schedule early appointment  the next day and they answered and were able to get me in first thing the next morning. That was nice.The lady who did my gel manicure was very nice, gentle, and quick. Have a huge selection for polish colors. Big thumbs up for that! Was done within a half hour. Would actually had liked them to actually massage and moisturize my hands. Manicure looked great. $30 for gel manicure. However, it's been 5 days and the polish is starting to lift and I have been getting a lot of hangnails. I would come back here because how quick and affordable. Okay I hate to be a pillar of bad news I went to the salon three times. The first time my nails came out nice and they lasted a while, however she didn't clean underneath my nails and I forgot because I'm used to people asking me if I want my nails clean. the three times I went I went to Kim she never cleaned under my nails once. On one occasion I got a french she didn't even cover my nail at the top with the white. went back had them fixed 3 days later all the white is chi...pped off I paid almost $40 and I'm just disgusted. The woman Kim that did my nails is very fast she does not do any more than she is required. there are no extras and you must communicate everything to her. when I went back to get them fixed she gave me the most evil look you can imagine, and they were talking about me in their language I'm not stupid. However I must say the man that works there was very courteous and kind to me.. and there was another lady who was also kind to me. they may have talked about me in their language but at least two of them were courteous to me. that lady Kim was pissed off at me for going back. The gentleman told me my French was $32 because his products are better than other products at other nail salons. yet in 3 days my French is all chipped. I will never go back there again. After reading negative reviews on here, I had decided to try this place anyway. And IM SO GLAD I DID!  I did not have an appointment and just walked in. I was asked to sign in and they promptly seated me in a beautiful pedi chair and began my services right away. The lady was pleasant and sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She did an amazing job on my toes and nails. Best of all was her attention was on my services the entire time. This is a lovely place and I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Read Less

They will do in a pinch, but definitely looking for a place where the owner is not rude. Had   mani pedi done for a wedding. When asked what length of nails I wanted Keri's response was "REALLY". Carrie could not or would not do a very simple lavender French tip with a couple of very simple black lines design. Then gave me a hard time because I changed the color of my nails because she was refusing  or could not do the french tips that I asked for. When getting a pedicure, they need to actually push back the cuticles on the toes not just pretend to go through the motions. I really wanted to like this place but no matter how hard I try to be friendly and courteous to Kari, she's always negative. I walked in and asked for a nail repair, because I cracked my gel nail. It was so painful that I had to get it fixed. The lady took good care of me.I was in and out with less pain. She didn't charge me but with that good customer service I left her a good tip.I will be back !! Read Less

While I'm a huge fan of this nail salon, I strongly strongly STRONGLY suggest calling ahead of time to make an appointment. If you drop in like I did, you could end up waiting 2 hours for an opening...like I did. This salon has A LOT of regulars. The guy who did my nails talked me into doing nail art (not usually my thing) and did it for free since I waited so long. After being pushed off 2 different times today at beyond nails (told to come back in an hour and that that would be a scheduled appointment. Went back to be told it would be yet another hour) I decided I didn't want to give them my business. My boyfriends mom suggested nail club so I gave it a try. I called and they were able to get me in an hour later. I had Carrie who apparently is the owner. She was very nice. The nail club has a great, calming, professional, spa feel to it. Since I've gotten many gel manicures before and always with a top coat I was surprised when the lady said she was done after the color so I asked her if she wasn't going to do a top coat.  She looked at me like I was crazy and said she had already done it, that I was good to go. I don't like to argue so I just let it go and paid (by the way this place is more expensive than the way better place I usually go to in South Reno). I absolutely love this place! I have been getting my nails done here for over 5 years and usually get pink and white acrylics. They are fairly fast yet the quality is great I can usually go three weeks opt the two weeks from other nail places before I get a fill and they still look in great condition from afar I often get most of my compliments on them when I am in need of a fill. And on top of that they are very secure I have never gone between appointments having a broken nail and I am pretty rough on them. I prefer to get in and get out and this is what they provide. I had been to the Nail Club a couple of times previously and did not receive very good service. The other day I was in need of a quick polish change on my toes and decided to give this place another chance. When I walked in I felt as though I interrupted the gentlemen working there while he was trying to read a magazine. I asked if they had time for a polish change and he rudly said to sign in. The technician was annoyed that it had taken me about 30 seconds to find a color and rushed me over to the chair. I am not sure what the rush was because 2 of the other technicians were laying around in the other pedicure chairs as if they had a late night out on the town and were too tired to be there. Very awkward. The end result of my visit was a paint job that looks as though a 6 year old did it. I had to pay $10 for it to boot! I highly recommend going elsewhere. Read Less
