Okay I hope everyone sees this post before going here! I began getting my hair done by Jourdin who is a stylist there months ago. I had tape in extensions with another stylist for two years and they never really gave me any problems once I started going to jourdin they would fall out often and take my hair with them! It got so bad that they would literally rip right out of my head and leave a bald spot. I went to the owner Lindsay to see if she could fix my hair for free or even just help me but she insisted that it was my fault I was having issues with my extensions. I only didn't think it was my own fault because I had gotten them with another stylist for years and didn't have my hair ripped out. I now go to a new stylist at lokal salon and have had my extensions in for over 8 weeks and haven't had a problem with them at all! SO unprofessional of the owner to blame me but I took my business elsewhere and you should too! Read Less

First of all- this location is absolutely darling. The environment is so relaxing and welcoming. It's really an awesome space. I found this place through Facebook and saw Destinee through a promo she was running. She was fantastic. I have never walked out loving my hair so much. She really had a vision and knew what I wanted even when I couldn't put it into words. I highly recommend her for hair and make up! I will be back. I was able to get booked in for a cut/color (two process) with only one week wait time and the young woman, Jordan, did a lovely job on my hair. I found Lindsay Lu when I was looking for a hair/makeup artist for my destination wedding. Finding it difficult to decipher through random web searches who I should check out I asked my photographer if she had any recommendations on who she felt did the best job given she has a unique view behind the camera. Without hesitation she gave me Lindsay's name. That was 4 years ago and she's been our hairstylist for my family since then (we travel from the Bay Area to see her). I just went to my first appointment at Salon Lux and met with Kelsey. She was really sweet and listened to what I wanted. I had let my blonde hair get a bit unruly and the color was fading to more yellow hues than I preferred. I asked Kelsey to make my hair more ash blonde and a shade or two lighter for summer. She listed and delivered. I love my new hair color! She also recommended products to help keep my color and to thicken and grow my hair longer (something that's always been a struggle).  Not only was Kelsey great, but the decor and vibe of the salon is amazing. Jamy Green is the best! I went to her after a bad experience with another salon, and wanted my hair essentially chopped off.  Jamy listened to my concerns, and after seeing a picture of what I had originally asked for she told me it was still doable.  She did such a great job on my hair, it looks beautiful! I am so happy with my hair, and so happy Jamy listened to my needs and made me fall in love with my hair style again.  I almost made a big mistake and she came to my rescue.  She is so super sweet too! My girl, Carly just recently moved to this salon. Carly is the jam! She is incredibly talented with the balayage technique and she is the BEST head massager ever. I've been going to her for about five years and I wouldn't see anyone else. As far as the salon goes, I like it! It's very fancy. My only complaint is the stations are pretty close together.
