Followed Chi to this salon bc she has always been my fav, love her work and she's super fun to hang out with! When I got their I recognized two other nail techs that I have had before that also do great work. The shop is new and has a luxurious feel to it! Great new nail salon! The prices are reasonable and are about the same as the other nail salons in Reno. It's a cute, small place. The establishment is very clean and tucked away on Virginia St near the Peppermill resort. I went with my sister, and the experience was great, but not how I wanted it to be. I got a gel manicure and the nice lady let me pick out the colors like usual. However, I really did not like the color that was on my ring finger. The color was very transparent, and showed my nail bed underneath. I informed the nail artist that I thought the color did not match the sample nail that I saw it on, but she continued to say that the color was just like that, and that's why she asked if I was sure if I wanted that color... she asked me that BEFORE I saw the color on my nail. So how was I supposed to know it would turn out the way it did? Regardless I paid and tipped them for my nails that I was very unsatisfied with (see first picture).I only had my nails for 2 days before I came back asking them to change the color. Queenie took care of me and made my experience very personable and pleasant. She gave me a discount since I was not satisfied with my first experience. However, I wish that the nail artist the first time would have changed it instead of me coming back and paying extra for it to be changed to the color I wanted initially. Final point: I like this place and do recommend it to my friends just moving into Reno! It's pretty far from where I live, so I would probably only come back here if I'm around the area, or if Queenie is working. Read Less
