I never post reviews but I got my hair cut done here. It was a last minute walk in for them and they decided to do it. The women brushed my hair but not from bottom to top it was top to bottom and rip...
I never post reviews but I got my hair cut done here. It was a last minute walk in for them and they decided to do it. The women brushed my hair but not from bottom to top it was top to bottom and ripped out some of my hair, it definitely hurt and she didn't care. She didn't really ask what I wanted it or what I thought of doing just chopped it off and when it came to my bangs I asked for angled and she just chopped it from eyebrow to cheek bone exactly what I didn't want, she didn't take her time and ask what I wanted. Just did it. She asked if I wanted layers and I asked for her opinion and she just said nothing and went ahead with her own thing. I was scared to get my hair cut because of these kind of stylists. It was by far my worst experience. And when she flat ironed my hair she didn't use any heat protection at all. I would never go back

We walked in for pedicures and didn't have to wait. The ladies in the shop were very professional and friendly. The shop and the equipment were clean, the service was great and our pedis were awesom...

Worst pedicure ever. I went in for a mani/pedi, but after an hour and a half for the pedi, I had no time left to get my mani done. To top it off, my pedi was terrible. Very poor job on my cuticles and...
Worst pedicure ever. I went in for a mani/pedi, but after an hour and a half for the pedi, I had no time left to get my mani done. To top it off, my pedi was terrible. Very poor job on my cuticles and even worse on the polish. The woman had to remove the polish twice on one foot because she kept bumping it and messing it up. On a positive note, she was very nice. She's probably a wonderful hair stylist, but she has no business doing nails. $40 down the drain.

I recently moved my service providers to the North Valley and with that discovered Precision Full Service Salon off of Golden Valley Road. From hair to pedicures to waxing to gel nails, these ladies rock. And for you men, at any given time more men are in the salon getting hair cuts then ladies! When the sign reads "full service" they mean it! Loann is the owner and does it all: hair, nails, waxing and pedicures. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and folks ready to service your needs. And they are open on Sundays unlike most salons in Reno. Thank you Precision Team for a great experience!
